    Most of the condo sellers do not acknowledge the problems and inconveniences the unit having like noisy neighbors and the condo had gone through so much break-ins

    I have a question po tungkol jan sa lifetime ownership. Halimbawa i bought a condo.. high rise, then after 25yrs na declare na dilapated na maybe nadamage sa natural calamity... cno ang magpapaayos ng building? Pano mo mkkuha or maiimpose yung lifetime ownership ninyo? Pag may bumili ng lupa? Yan ung mga possible sakit sa ulo na d narereliaze ng mga bumibili ng mga high rise condo. Kaya never ko naisip bumili ng condo na high rise. Mas mainam pa rin house and lot or if condo medium rise lng at resort type mas malwang ang lupa mas malaki ang value in the long run at more possible future development.

      Pag big family kyo hwag condo. Di kyo kasya dn. Yn condo pang retirment house lng yn. May roon bldg insurance n binabayrn yn property mngt ng bldg. Pag hati hatin un ng boun unit.

      Not to mention you have one wall away from your neighbors, you could hardly make noises like sing your heart out for a videoke fun session,max volume your tv & extremely no privacy. Literally, you and your neighbors can hear each other's breath! hahaahaha Condominium is just like lliving in a box. Upon stepping out of your door it's everyone's property already. Advantage only is renting it in the middle of a busy & congested city because of a temporary business work in that area which is a lot better than staying in a hotel. Next, you don't bring a car with you & most of the time you have limited company to stay. I stayed in a condo. If you plan to invest, if not for other reasons stated above, generally, IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY. Good only for foreigners/ expats who will stay temporarily here in the Philippines. But even them, reselling it when its time to leave for good is reallly hard. Condominium projects just pop up everywhere. Your unit for sale can hardly make up with the competition. They'll end up surrendering it to the developer for property management & having it rented out while waiting for someone to buy it.

    Sa mga may condominium po na pinauupahan at nag nag mamay ari pwede po ba malaman kung mahirap ba talaga ang may condo na gawing bussiness og paupahan

    Mandatory ba na magkaroon din ng contract document ang unit owner sa pagpapalease niya? Ung nangyari kasi sa kakilala ko. Yung nagrent ang nagprovide ng contract docs

    Hi just an update to the vatable price. 2.5m and above is vatable? Or 3.2m and above? I just encountered an agent and told me that 3.2m and above is vatable. And anything below is non vatable. Kindly clarify please. :-)

    What is perpetual ownership po? And yung sa 50 years po na sinasabi nyo pag binalik po ba yung unit ay may payback din?

      Perpetual ownership means lifetime ownership po. The property is covered by a certificate of condominium title which is lifetime

      Sa ngaun po yan ang investment instrument na suited sa mga ofw ksi long term sya at passive income sya especially sa ofw na wala rin maasahan sa pinas. Kya mrming ofw ang nag iinvest sa condotel rental investment ngayon especially lalo ngaun sa build.build.build program ni president.

      Buy it the earliest possible during the pre-selling then sell it when you get your preferred income based on the price increase.

      I put a downpayment for a unit in BGC and the sales agent said that the unit owner is the one responsible for the payment monthly

      Dépende Ano ba balak mo gawin? I don’t agree madali din ipaupa ang townhouse. Dépende kasi yan sa market mo. Pls don’t say na mas madali ipaupa ang condo just because you’re a seller. Just saying.

      Mas maganda townhouse kasi sayo na yong Lot,at if my maintenance fees pang subdivision lng, 300 peso's or higher yung sa condo mas mataas na floor mas malaki ang monthly dues,i have been renting a condo b4 it's stressful how to budget ur salary for electric,water,monthly dues ,rent ,internet connection,foods,etc
      And most of all even if you're not currently living on ur property u always pays monthly dues forever ,that's why a lot of homeowners decided to rent their place

      Yung hindi pa nakatira sa condo hindi yan makakarelate,as of now my husband and I agree to get a house and lot frm a subdivision,for me it's better than condo,i can have a little garden and won't mind the monthly dues anymore because for me its wasting money and ur space is small but in subdivision u have to be careful kasi yung iba binabaha
