Detroit 2017 Flashback Videos: "STOP DUMPING in DETROIT" And "PAL Stadium; Elton Park Construction"

A blast from the past: Two videos from September, 2017. 1- Showing the famous dumping ground on the northwest corner of Detroit's Southwest side, looking good after one more community cleanup. A sign and cameras have been installed, but dumping continued for a few years, including a famous news story of someone who traveled from Indiana just to dump a mattress here! Finally, word got out and dumping has all but stopped at this location. Then we head to Corktown for a look at the Police Athletic League Stadium construction, along with the new Elton Park.
