although being evil gives you better powers (and makes it a LOT easier to get the big powers) which makes the gameplay a bit more fun, the storyline isn't as good as the heroic one...but that's just my opinion
@@jacksepticeye ok i know this is old af, but for whatever reason, sucker punch in their infinite wisdom, made some powers that may say "evil only" actually be a big fat lie, the main thing i can think of is the infinite neon speed, i guess for whatever reason they wanted it to make it be more like "oh choose based on your alignment" but its no point when people think they should be evil or good based on what they see on the power menu, its another reason why this game sucks so much compared to infamous 1 and 2
im not editing wiz but if the webcam's frame rate inconsistency is causing the stuttering then render the webcam's file in vegas at the same fps as your video recording then render it? acctually, before doing that just try rendering a clip of the game without anything else and see if that works?

So basically the good side isn't about power, it's about protecting those who can't protect themselves. And the evil side is about power and killing those with power and those who can't protect themselves. Choose Wisely.

He doesn't saves the day, he kills the civillians and the supposed "bad guys" the only ppl he saves are other conduits and then turn them evil, he is a villain not an anti-hero.
I like how the color of the smoke changes depending on if your good or evil if your good the smoke is blue(check last episode)and if your evil the smoke is red
I'm beginning to question the common morality of gamers... I hear a lot of "Oh, the evil side is better because the moves are better." So, since being good allows you to develop moves that aren't as destructive, but are often just as effective, evil is superior? I don't know. Game or reality, I don't like compromising my morals at the drop of a hat because being evil gets you more perks.
It's just a game. Just because someone wants certain powers in a game, and they choose the bad side to get them, doesn't mean they have less morals then anyone else. "I'm beginning to question the common morality of gamers." Really? I'm sorry, but that is, in my opinion, a ridiculous statement.
It implies a fluid morality, Kiernan. An easily warped morality. Morality should be solid. Unaffected by whether the choice is made in reality or in a game. "Oh, doing this is okay just because it's a game." This thinking is something I disagree with. Maybe I have a heavier conscience than most people, but I can't just let my moral compass spin wildly just because it's a game. Even when I DO make bad choices in a game, I have to have a damn good justification for it. Most of the choices in this game are just evil for the sake of being evil, so they're difficult to justify.

I heard once someone watched a gamer and he killed on the game and the at the end the character died and the person who watched it commited suicide...
I think it's just more fun when you're evil. (in games, I mean) No restrictions, no rules, no limits. just freedom to do whatever you want and all that you're hurting are inanimate sprites. Letting your inner demons out to play is a pretty fun way to play a game. The way I see it, games are a way to escape from reality and do whatever you want. Maybe being evil in a game could be a way vent all the pain into a game rather than take it out on other people in real life. Point is, the choice is there for a reason. Maybe some people just like being evil. Maybe some people just want to run amok and destroy. Maybe some people just do it because the evil colours are prettier. The good powers dont "suck" they are just more based on control and finesse. the evil powers are flashy and destructive. yes i think jack should go evil because from looking at his prototype videos he loves the craziness but i like good playthroughs. it makes me feel clever and precise.

im a little upset jack D: i hoped you would show everything from this game, cutting out an hour of gameplay takes alot of the intro story out :/ and for people like me who either don't have time, or money to play this game, my only other source of seeing it start to finish is from youtubers like you, and when you start cutting out parts of the story and gameplay footage it tends to loose some of its completeness. as far as the choppiness goes, i personally couldn't care less :P
The Bad route gives you "better" powers because it's the bad guy route but the Good route powers are mostly non-lethal because it's the good guy route and helps you get to the Good Ending and it's the same for the Bad Ending
well, for me, being the bad guy takes the challenge out of it. it turns into another GTA with powers. Instead of strategy on how to non lethal take down enemys, you blast them to the face, done, bam, over, walk away. Makes it less fun to watch.
Being the good guy doesn't mean you don't shoot them in the face anymore, it just gives you powers that automatically subdue them when you do that, and even if you are good, killing the D.U.P won't give you evil karma unless you "obliterate" them. As someone who has completed both sides, (and has the platinum trophy) I can honestly say both sides have things that make it difficult, and I honestly find the evil side to be more fun, and the evil ending to be better.

I actually am going to enjoy watching this, I only went the good route, so I never saw it in this way, and I was only going to do the good part cause I wanted the achievements, and once I got to the last achievement which is to become fully evil or whatever, I would’ve left, or played again.

Of course, that's always the tradeoff. It's a problem the Infamous games have had, they tie their "morality" system to powers instead of proper morals
