The new Polo is now ready for pre-orders. It has a new, dynamic design - the front and rear including the bumpers have been redesigned, as have the headlights and taillights, which score points with LED technology as standard. The optional “IQ.LIGHT - LED matrix headlights” mean the new Polo also has a continuous LED strip light linking the front headlights.
And it is not only on the outside that the new Polo makes a good impression with a stylish updated design, it also comes up trumps on the inside with a much higher standard spec: The basic version includes the “Digital Cockpit”, the newly designed multifunction steering wheel, air conditioning and the latest generation of the MIB3 infotainment systems including eSIM on board as standard. The new Polo has three sustainable engines: Two economical TSI aggregates with 70 and 81 kW respectively and a natural gas turbo engine with 66 kW are available to choose from.
Volkswagen has also reconfigured the specifications matrix of the Polo: In addition to the basic version “Polo”, the lines “Life”, “Style” and “R-Line” are now also available. The comprehensive standard specification of the basic model includes features such as the lane departure warning system “Lane Assist”, the surroundings monitoring system “Front Assist” with city emergency braking function and pedestrian detection, as well as the “Digital Cockpit”.

Those accessories or features comes as a top model in india in majority of cars, alloys looks amazing ngl😂😂 although we don't have this generation of polo here sadly and I'm hoping it won't come because in that price range ppl are considering compact sub 4m pseudo suvs which are actually crossovers , its a trend which has killed C and D segment sedans with premium hatchbacks aswell.😬

That is not the true base model, if the engine has a 0-100km time of 10.8 secs. The true base model comes with the 1.0 MPi (79hp) engine. (0-100: 14.6 secs), It is very underpowered in the (heavy for its class) Polo. Still, being a 3 cyl, it makes a lovely sound!

Martin depend in which country you are. The trims level may be different from country to country. In Switzerland this is base model 👍

Correct. He fooled you all. This is *not* the base model! He stated a 0-100kmh time of 10.8 seconds. The actual base model has a 1.0 MPi engine, with a 0-100kmh time of 14.6 secs. False information in this video, I'm afraid.
