The good ol’ Franken M4; when flea opens you buy a beat up scav STM9 and swap all the furniture over to a fresh M4. Almost always cheaper than buying/kitting a comparable M4
favorite gun this wipe is teh VPO-209. if you can fire it fast its a monster. vpo-209 + wasr foregrip + FMJ ammo and a drum mag is a great time. if you put the 20 or 30 rounders on it, you can ads' the damn thing prettty darn fast. Also it looks super ghetto so it ALWAYS comes back on insurance
Yeah it’s really good, you can get the donger grip, the suppressor, the railed dust cover and 30 round mags pretty early and FMJ has decent pen and excellent damage, I’m also consistently finding AP-M ammo

That flea market turn off is one of the best things which could happen, I would even prolong it for 3 - 5 weeks. It really slows the wipe, so we can enjoy the early wipe for longer, which is good since it is the best part of the wipe, at least for me and people I know agree as well.

Most people still think they aren't letting us use the flea as a troll or something. Those people haven't realized how many high value items are literally everywhere right now because of Christmas. Flea would crash the market if it was available. It always does that anyway, but it would've happened way faster this wipe if we were allowed to have the flea
Ref 2 is amazing for lvl 4 armors and helmets, I dump all my gp coins in that, don't even bother with the weapons, you save so much with how cheap the armor is there
I would love it if they made the flea market a hideout area/upgrade, maybe part of Intel or something completely independent, rather than level locked/time locked. I feel like it would almost be the best of both worlds

I stumbled across the VSK last wipe when I shot a pmc with it and was out of ammo so picked it up for the rest of the raid and have loved it ever since. Just feels very controllable with a decent ttk. Plus limited modding means you can set it up faster than most kits
when it comes to meta ak's, if you use a railed dust cover you can put on the ak-303m rail to gain +2 ergo. it looks a bit goofy but it free ergo so why not
I know this video is about weapons and ammo but honorable mention for Ref 2: he has level 4 armor and helmet for around 10 GP coins which is very much worth it, don’t sleep on it
op-sks is my darling also you can load it like mosin and still have 2 mags but the mags are detachable so you can load while moving then just take the mag off and put another empty on and load and move
Loving the no flea for 2 weeks. Wish it would be longer. It makes the game more rewarding and feels balanced atm. I imagine when more people get to endgame the flea will be needed to keep people competitive but would be interesting to see if they remove guns and high end ammo
God I love the new no flea for 2 weeks change. The game has become so much more fun. I also love the starting trader balance and how you have so many options that are all similar.
Ref 2 is great cos it’s the earliest you can get tier 4 armour reliably. I use a kirasa then use gp coins to get 4 level 4 plates per reset from ref and swap the front plate in the kirasa with a lv4 plate ammo sucks tho they should of given him m855 and 762 ps

Sell anything that isnt needed for hideout or quests. Most things are going to be worthless even when the flea opens. What you should look out for though are gun smith parts. Those are going to be crazy expensive on flea since it doesnt need to be FIR and everyone will be looking for them. Use the wiki to see what you need.
You will 100% kill the casuals off with no flea. They need to find ways to bring casuals back so raids can stop being empty 3 weeks into wipes not find more ways to drive them out.
are any of the new items on traders, like why tf does bsg add half of this? AKMS tube, not on traders PNV-57E (tanker helmet NVD), not on traders new thermal? FIR only, mount is ~500k from prapor 4 did they like not bother with doing anything new to the traders? did they forget?
Don't run this gun, if you are a solo (like myself) and you end up fighting a duo/trio+ just forget about it. This thing OVERHEATS SOOOOOO FAST. One mag and the barrel is bright red it literally got my killed twice fighting teams and I threw this pos in the trash. Does it rip, yes. Is it worth the headache, no. Save your money.

This might be an unpopular opinion but videos like this do not help the community, you just told every pmc the most efficient way to take you down. Dont do the work for them. Let them figure out for themselves.

If you want m4s you can consistently farm them from the terror corp armoury on streets.
You can boost the adar-m4 build even further with STM-9. They spawn pretty often on scavs and furniture is compatible with AR15 pattern rifles.

If you're looking for the sv98, you can buy it from fence. Keep refreshing him and it will show up
you can sometimes save a few rubles sometimes buying scav adars off fence, it's not like you're going to use the lower once you took it out

VSK + SP-5 has been carrying me early game. The recoil on AKS-74U after patch 0.14 nerf makes it pretty poor early wipe now.
