After missing Hickok45 last year at Uncle Lee's , I was able to make the trip this time. It was well worth the 5 plus hour round-trip. Hickok45 was as down-too-earth and friendly as you would've expected. He even signed autographs for my gun buddies who missed him the last two years. It was nice getting to talk about my carry guns and to discuss the problems with UA-cam, etc. Anyway, I met Paul Harrell last year, and both of these guys are the premiere 2A ambassadors. Hickok45, thank you for being what most of us expected. You're a true gentleman.
I'm a 67 year old man, and I have 2 sisters and 3 brothers. When we were going up we had an unlocked gun cabinet in the front living room, us kids did NOT mess with. When I got to be 10 of so I would often take a gun out, clean and oil it. Newer any issues. I sure do miss common sense. Or as my dad called it "horse sense".😥
I met Hickok and John about 4 or 5 years ago at Shot Show in Vegas. Two great, down to earth guys. Always enjoy the Suday videos. Hickok has a very calm and cool delivery which is so welcome in our crazy world. I'm sure he was a great teacher.
I so look forward to your videos every Sunday morning. I sit here and drink my coffee and watch you on a 75 inch HD smart TV. It’s like having you in the room with me and it’s great!!!! Thank you for producing these videos. You are indeed a treasure to the shooting world!!
A very good morning to Hickok and all patriots and common sense folk watching around the world. Keep the faith, keep your chin up and keep on fighting. Best regards from 1930s Berlin....sorry, I meant Airstrip One....whoops, my bad...its 'Britain '. ( almost forgot for a moment ) 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 #fightlikehell
I had the intro tune stuck in my head this morning (not realizing what day it was) and I was like man why is this song so in my head right now. Checked my phone and seen it was Sunday then it clicked my mind was already ready for the Sunday Shoot a round. Life is good!
in fact I especially wanted to thank you for this feeling of freedom that we can really feel when looking at you, because here, in France, we have not been able to buy weapons freely since 1995 already, and we can no longer speak freely no more, even if it is much more recent, it is very heavy. Life here is becoming stifling, and I wanted to thank you for that. Thank you, again and again and I hope for a long time to come.
It’s a lot more fun when you break out the old revolver! There is just something about picking up a blue steeled revolver with wood grips,it takes you back in time when cowboys and renegades ruled the land!
I started reloading 12ga trap loads. Then 44mag, and 30-06. It's hard to believe that was in 1976. I was told that I wouldn't save money. You're going to just shoot more. I failed to see the downside! When the ammunition shortage hit and prices got so high, I didn't have to buy any.
Well I'm not a traveler guy , between Florida for Disney world and Seattle for visiting my sister . The probability I will meet Hickok 45 are close to none ! But Sr It will be a Highlight in my live . I see Hickok 45 for years and learn a lot from him and my love and passion for revolvers growth because of him . Special for S&W 686 revolver . I got a 686 3" like he's but the Talo Edition UN fluted, also 4" and 6" . Even a 629-6 4" . Hickok make me love revolvers, thanks for that and remember you got fans here in Puerto Rico 😁👍
Mr. Hickock, we had, it had to be, a Drill Sergeant from TN in Basic at Fort Campbell we called the " E7 from heaven". We all loved him because he had the greatest sense of humor and cracked us up with jokes. He had on a steel pot and fired an M14 full auto on the range one day and that helmet was rocking back and forth on his head. He shipped out to 'Nam right after and I hope he made it OK.
I would love to revisit there! Love that area, buds was closed but Smokey mountain knife works was not and yes I spent a load of money there 😂😂 unfortunately I can’t come up and see you because family is flying in! If you come to Florida, let us know. I’ll be there.
Young Fella are you gettin modest?😂 My on-line shooting friend, you've taught us so much thru your vids, you've earned the right to ramble! Besides that, in our world (guns/shooting/philosophy) you're OUR celebrity! Like it or not. Have a great day! Ya got me hooked on the New Service. Even bought an Official Police to go with it!
Good morning all..i hope you have a great day be safe and put saftey first when handeling your guns stay safe .frank from plymouth fla. And keep on plinking.
I used to own a S&W revolver in .41mag, but the frame was just too large for my small hands. I switched to a Ruger Redhawk in .41mag and it was great. I sold that in 1995. I wish I had it back. I now carry a S&W M&P9 M2.0 9mm. An old Marine veteran, here.
Outside the cities California is all right. I once went to a house for work and the home owner was from Texas. He retired in California and wanted solar. I talked to him because i liked his cars. When i had to go into the attic to check the wood he had a lot of military medals and pictures. At some point he asks me if I like guns. I tell him of course, I'm an American. He hands me a gun and tells me "be carefull it's loaded." I felt so honored to hold his gun. Especially since it was just us alone in his house. Things could have easily gone bad for him. I'm not evil, i just like guns. It's just the stupid politics that ruin California. Don't vote democrat. It doesn't have to be Republican but do not vote Democrat.
My dad kept the keys to his safe in easy access my entire life. He pressed on me from the time I could walk that if you touch those without mine or your mom's permission, if the gun doesn't kill you I will. I went in the safe once when I was 12. Somehow, he knew. He wouldn't let me leave the yard that entire summer. For a 12 year old. That's death.
Interesting that you mentioned my home state, New Mexico. I move to Florida 5 years ago and when I mention my home state a lot of people here think I'm talking about the country of Mexico. Amazing how ignorant people are. It's been that way most all my life and I'm 75 years of age. I thank you for such fun in the shoot arounds. ;o)
I just created a page on rumble a few days ago. I'm not sure if my yt vids can be transferred to rumble or if I'm going to have to manually post them 1 at a time. Vids show a sync button but apparently that isn't an option anymore. Just did some target practice today with my model 25. Always a good time. Thanks for the great vids.
I hear ya, I keep all mine in a gun safe except like 2 I keep completely out of reach from kids ,so you can get one quick if theirs at attack on the home etc . But yeah my house rule is no one goes in my room without asking and me being there
Hickok why the weaver stance? I was Isosceles in the 1980’s then the PD I worked for in the 1990’s convinced everybody to go weaver. Then I started shooting handgun competitively and switched back to isosceles and my accuracy and recoil control improved. I recently got my LEOSA permit and had to qual with pistol and revolver, used my model 29 44 mag to qual, they thought I was crazy nobody’s ever qualified with with a 8 3/8 S&W 44 mag. My right hand still hurts.
Great Shoot-a-Round Mr Hickok. I remember how confusing ammo was when I first began branching out from my first .22 bolt action plinker. You could go on tour with John's Stand Up Comedy. But if you start wandering the woods, might I suggest the California Redwoods as a sometimes destination? We have a few Sasquatch that would love autographs. 😉
My grandpa always had an unlocked gun cabinet in the front room. All us grandkids knew, almost from birth, that we didn’t even touch the cabinet without an adult around.
I want to see a review of the newer "classic" SW 48 (22 WMR). There aren't many on UA-cam. Starting to become a 22 mag fan as it gives plenty of pop, but cheaper than centerfire.
Ya got me! I thought you were going Clint Eastwood on us, not that any of your viewers would have minded. Well-played, sir! Well-played!! Love the advice about reading, but I can't help but think of Crooks in Of Mice and Men when he tells Lennie, "Books ain't no good." Just spending time with another guy is what's important. Might just explain the success of your channel.
Those Clint Eastwood movies are classic. I love watching them. I hate how my generation is too young to understand. They prefer flashy superhero movies. Plus his movies are like $1-$5 per movie. You can get them cheap.

I'm just north of Catskills myself.
Great area
Nothing beats a Sunday in the woods with a classic like the S&W Model 25-5 in .45 Colt.
I so look forward to your videos every Sunday morning. I sit here and drink my coffee and watch you on a 75 inch HD smart TV. It’s like having you in the room with me and it’s great!!!! Thank you for producing these videos. You are indeed a treasure to the shooting world!!

Yes, someone should sponsor a Hickok45 tour!!
PS: Hickok45 for President!
Morning! Happy Sonday!

Just ordered from Bud's GS and am very pleased with the experience.
Due to my work schedule (48 on 96 off) my days are always scrambled. One thing that always squares me is seeing this come across my feed.
was on the fence on the 2.0 but now that i see you carrying it convinced me to get it.
good to see yall boys still posting on this page!

Mack Bolan the Executioner, a favorite fictional hero to GIs in Germany when I was stationed there, carried a magnum revolver and a semi-automatic.
@@rongarrett1366 Those Mac Bolan books used to be everywhere.

"Too much relaxation." I live in Communist California, so I watch and listen to good people just like Hickok 45 to make my day.
Outside the cities California is all right. I once went to a house for work and the home owner was from Texas. He retired in California and wanted solar. I talked to him because i liked his cars. Good Sunday Morning
Good morning from the Helderberg mountains of New York State
We need a tour of your safes
I had a 25-5 years ago. The house and garage needed new shingles, so I regrettably sold it to repair my roofs
My dad kept the keys to his safe in easy access my entire life. He pressed on me from the time I could walk that if you touch those without mine or your mom's permission, if the gun doesn't kill you I will. I went in the safe once when I was 12. Somehow, he knew. Great Stuff Hickok 💯💥💥💥💥💥💥💥
I have 25-9. Beautiful shooter

Wow, that is definitely a scary level of ignorance, especially if they are above the age of 5.
Hopefully, they don't vote! :-)

Cuban Café , Hickock45 & marveling an ol mod 17 that gonna meet bunnies later this year in the Free State of Fla .
Great video hickok 45.
My wife has a 38 spc in Ruger LCR with a laser sight. She travels alone and it’s always with her.

Good morning Mr. Hickock 45!
Hickok Tour 2024!!
I tried pigeon shooting.
But I had a hard time loading them into my gun.
You'd have a hell of time with an elephant gun! Lol. I had a neighbor who hated cutting his lawn. He had a yard sale.
You should see my skeet loads😅

Great to hear the Hickok45 song by Steve Lee again. 👍
I still go back and watch Red Skelton, Jackie Gleason, Carol Burnett, and maybe one day you can be added to this list. LoL
I love revolvers that one especially 😍
............................as my late loving father used to say, "don't get old"!
GO AHEAD, MAKE MY DAY!
@Hickok45 where do you post the details for your meet and greets? I’d like to go sometime.
