A newborn human baby's first poop is also called meconium. Its not uncommon for them to pass meconium while they are still in the womb. When this happens they have to have their mouth and nose aspirated during birth so that they dont inhale or ingest the meconium and become ill.
Before my daughter was born she had passed her meconium she had to get checked out by the NICU team because they can die if they inhale it( she’s fine though lol she just turned 2)

Two questions about ant keeping: Do you not need to clean out their cages like with reptiles or other insects? Don't the adults poop a lot? Even a little bit would add up. And since there's no predators and they keep reproducing, does that mean they will keep outgrowing their cages and need to be moved a lot?
I can answer. No cleaning is needed, they do it themselves. Only if they pass away and you get new ants, then you should. With poop, they poop in their outworld and clean it. To stop growth, lower food income.
