I bought a Blackstone last weekend but haven’t been able to use it yet because everyone in my household is sick. I’ve been binge watching Johnny’s videos to prepare. Lol. This guy is great. Really like the format of these vids.👍 Thanks for posting, keep those vids coming.
Been saying Mike Lowrey for years 🤣😂 when I season, too! Great video with so many ideas. Awesome timing, I've had my Blackstone for a couple weeks and used it to make a few things and now i can keep it going. Thank you!
Johnny, I just finished this video and just loved it. My mouth is watering for so many of those delicious culinary treats. Unfortunately for us, the weather is changing and the rain is starting which makes outdoor griddling a bit more challenging. You take care of those loved ones, and I will see you next video.❤️🙏🙏❤️
Another great video, Johnny! Really appreciate your channel. Just got my 1st griddle and have enjoyed you sharing your knowledge and wit! Just bought your eBook. Can't wait to get griddl'n!
Hello Johnny you'll learn a lot at Bob Evans don't ever think that's a bad thing because that's how you be creative of what you do😊 if you had a restaurant i would eat there every morning thanks Johnny😊😊😊
Man Johnny, if a guy can only have one video for their griddle recipes, this is it!! I've saved it to my favorites and I'm looking forward to making these great meals! Cheers 🍺🍺
Wife and I love doing an English/Irish breakfast on the griddle. Get some Coleman's mustard, some HP sauce, maybe even a little Marmite for the toast and it's really good!
Cool video! The croissant breakfast sandwich looks phenomenal and I’m extremely impressed with whatever voodoo magic you used to keep your tater tot pucks stuck together like the one you showed.
Thanks, my grilled French Toast, when I first put my tost down I poke blue blueberries into the toast, then flip. ( I have used raspberry, strawberry, ect) this way your berries are cooked in, adding a few more to the top with a sprinkler of power sugar. it's always a hit. Love you cooking skills, you always talk us through with how important the temperature are. ♥️👍👍👍👍😊🐊🏝 from South FL.
That's a great idea with the French toast. I like when my bananas make contact with the griddle when I do pancakes. I'll have to give that a try. Thank you.
Howdy Johnny, we enjoy the big breakfast on the weekends. Pancakes or French toast, bacon, sausage patties and links, Goetta, scrambled eggs. Leftovers for a couple lunches....MMMMM Have A Day! ;~)
johnny if you're cooking ham and Turkey then you should be able to make a Monte Cristo I asked you that about a couple years ago At one time that's all we had was Rubens and Monte Cristo at the restaurant welcome to the 70s
Johnny what you got to do is get A water bottle Squeeze it To separate the egg yolk Trust me it is so simple you can't use the beer can actually It is unbelievable how the water bottle we'll suck that egg yoke into the bottle and will not break either Grab a couple beers and try it sometime
Love commentary ... dumb question - just got blackstone griddle seasoned it and started put with smash burgers, they stuck to the grill 😢 suggestions on what went wrong?
So even with a few fresh coats of seasoning I've had sticking on my first cook as well. The more you cook the more the seasoning will build. You can also cook a bag of sliced onions on there, that will help to set the seasoning in . And finally when you're doing smash burgers you really gotta get under that beef with the spatula. A beveled edge spatula works best if you got one . I hope that was helpful and I really appreciate you watching.
Johnny I think you learned more working at Bob Evans then you did In college That is self explanatory though it's too bad you didn't have your own restaurant right now But then again you got a gift these have to get up early in the morning to make breakfasts for people But then again I know what a cold coffee's all about When you're in the heat of the kitchen bud light
Ya I definitely learned a lot at Bob's. Ya I don't think I have the dedication to run my own restaurant. It's just so much work, but it would be a lot of fun.
Idk why but 13:17 scared the bejeezus out of me. I’m alone watching this on my ipad, at night, in my dark room, with my headphones in and it sounded like someone was speaking over my shoulder while you were talking. I legit had to catch my breath before rewinding to verify it came from the video. Lol. Back to bacon and burgers.

Thanks so much and congrats on the new Griddle! I hope everyone gets well and you can fire that thing up.
The more you use it the better it gets!! Keep it oiled up to protect from rust.... use it, use it, use it!!!
I don't know about anyone else, but I appreciate the "Mike Lowery's" jokes.
Thanks man, Bad Boys for life 💪

My husband would love that tomato sandwich!
It's definetly worth trying!
Great Video!!!!!!

Yes Johnny you never showed me how to make a Monte Cristo the right way or I guess your way and I know mine is great but I think you could beat me😂😂
Johnny, you da man! Ever try Korean food on the griddle? Kimchi pancakes, thin marinated pork, beef, chicken, yum!
I have not, but that sounds good and I'd be willing to give it a go.
Brother! You killed me in cold blood!
Thanks!

Pretty much anything you can cook on the stove you can do on the griddle, but it's way better on the griddle. Best part is less dishes to wash!
