I like watching your channel because your straight to the point. the ad for your sponsor us a riot the shortest infomercial on the planet !! Gotta love it.
MGM targets just arrived. Very well packed two packages. A week later I received a PERSONAL THANK YOU LETTER FROM OWNER AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. MY SONS ARE SHOOTING THE TARGETS AS I WRIte this ( and using my aAmmo ) simple to set up , reasonable price. GIVE THIS GUY YOUR BUSINESS. HE REALLY DOES PERSONALLY ANSWERS HIS CALLS. HES A SEASONED BUSSNESS OWNER AND GETS IT HOW TO HANDLE ANY ISSUES SO YOU GO BACK AND BUY.
Its a great target if you are looking for something that is easy to transport. MGM Targets is offering Tactical Rifleman viewers 10% off; just use Promo Code: TACR10. Check out the Plate Rack in a bucket here: mgmtargets.com/plate-racks-du...
Looks like a good quick setup. I wonder if the front 2 legs were cut a little shorter to angle the targets, might help to deflect towards the ground? Guess it would depend on the holes in the target plates being small enough to grab onto the hooks and hold
Angling this bracket would expose the soft-metal bracket behind the target. That is not how it is designed to be used. It works fine as is. You don't need to get closer than 10 meters with pistol. If you need to be that close with rifle, you better use frangible ammo.
If you cut the forward supports 6" shorter than the aft... would it diminish the sprawl coming back at you somewhat? This looks like a great product for a temporary range, if you can't build a permanent one. (neighbors suck sometimes)
If you plan to keep this at a steady location,.. get lots of extra lumber as they will get eaten up over time. No big deal or cost. If you get the green lumber know it is insect resistant but has arsenic infused so wear gloves for protection.
Are you able to rotate the targets up and lean them towards the shooter? My thinking is as the round hits, it'll make the target either just fall back or rotate down?
You can try it. Personally, just stand back past 12 meters for pistol and 75m for rifle. You'll be fine. Again, Chicks dig scars. Thanks for watching. Strength & Honor, TR
The problem with systems like this is that the only hardened steel is the plates. The hooks and stand parts are not. You get any flyer rounds and they will deform.
Plo Koon the plates have to be ar500 or they will look like Swiss cheese when ur done shooting if u just get mild steel cold roll I mean but mild steel target are great for pistol shooting but anything over 2000fps need ar500 metal
Hi carl, i was just wondering because its been implied in other video's of yours, when you guys deploy do you get to choose your own gear and if so is it just specialist units or the whole military.
I wish I actually made money off this thing... I would definitely build me a nice range for all you guys to come train and hang out. Thanks for watching. Strength & Honor, TR
I see no different what you can do and say what Brandon Webb-SOFREP and what Robert O'Neill does. That said perhaps SEALs are the glory hounds and Berets are behind the scenes. If anything Tier one stories sell. Merchandise, Networking, Consultations-Tyler Grey, You Tube channel specials and live streams, endorsements, Book deals exclusive product development with the input of a Tier 1 all are ways to get your name out there. What is being planned 3 months from now regards Tactical Rifleman? Is there a growth plan? You in a unique situation to be trusted and have access to elite people. Capitalize on the fact you were a legitimate Green Beret. You guys can likely plan way better then I can regards growth-you planned military Ops-Is this really any different? YOU CAN DO THIS K.E! ua-cam.com/video/YN-3ohljcCc/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/gBy__dFDT6I/v-deo.html
What do you all plan to do with UA-cam's upcoming ban? You guys and Garand Thumb are my absolute favorite channels on here. I would really hate to see a channel with such fine content just go away.
Does the bucket cost over $100. The set cost $450 on sale for $300. You can put a set together for under $ 200. Why promotion a rip off? When I was in the military I didnt have money to throw away.
We need the build-up a separate UA-cam like Network that is gun-friendly but is not just about guns. We need to invite and include everybody because we need to replace UA-cam with something better. My goal as a Firearms Instructor is to recruit as many non-shooters as I can and turn them into shooters. We need to be able to access and recruit the Next Generation. That is really what UA-cam and liberal social media is trying to stop. They're trying to stop us from continuing to grow our Gun-Culture.
How does one RETIRE from a service that was started 3 years ago? I really wish people and the media would STOP using the word "retired" for people who spent one term in the service and cycled out. It is seriously disrespectful to those who actually RETIRED (20+years of service) from one of the armed services.
People are actualy buying these kits??? LOL!! Looks so DIY. There has to be some company making targets that a human like figure. Maybe if you like zombies. ON some kind of swinging target arm. Maybe electronically controlled setups. With plates popping out we don't expect. Like the course you'd see in an old Dirty Harry movie. target could be a LEO, civilian, , combination of bad buy and hostage...etc. ..target should always be in motion (swinging left and right or north and south...etc.). Use Bluetooth and have the targets controllable from the app.
So the discount code doesn’t really give you a discount, you will see when ordering. You don’t get a cool bucket like that, you get a shitty plastic one. The weld job and hangers leave much to be desired. I’ll Put rounds on them and give an update, not really impressed so far
Wow, sorry to hear that. Please let me know how it holds up. I actually think I would prefer a plastic bucket over my metal one, if you want to trade. TR
Update:: had an event and brought it out, thing stood up to a ton of rounds easy. Even rifle at closer range than they should have been shooting. It’s solid. I will be buying more from this company

Great video!!! Great product. I love how concise and to the point the videos are... rich with knowledge and not a lot of other BS.
This is my favorite personal target. I keep one in the back of my truck and love how easy it is to set up! Great video, two enthusiastic thumbs up!!!
We love Mike and the whole Gibson family. Great company and great family. Looking forward to seeing all of you at SHOT Show. TR
"Chick's dig scars." 😂😂😂
Chicks do dig scars. But not when they know what dumb shit we did to get it, lol!
Thanks for the helpful advertising. I shoot with a friend in AZ and we were looking for low cost transportable targets. This fits the bill. Thank you.

Glad to see you all at Carpenters
Thanks guys I appreciate all your hard work keep the videos coming good information always

I suspect they plates will hang vertically regardless of how much shorter the front legs are.
The brackets need to be mounted 180°
That's nice ! Good for the average person too.
Thanks for this needed something affordable.
If you plan to keep this at a steady location,.. get lots of extra lumber as they will get eaten up over time. No big deal or cost. If you get the green lumber know it is insect resistant but has arsenic infused so wear gloves for protection.
Wow thats some great info thanks! might buy!
Cool and thanks for arranging the discount code for these.
MGM are good people. Thanks for watching. Strength & Honor, TR
Great idea. Thanks
Are you able to rotate the targets up and lean them towards the shooter? My thinking is as the round hits, it'll make the target either just fall back or rotate down?
Just ordered a set - thanks. DOL
where can you buy steel in bulk to bullet proof cars and stuff?
I like this system and $300 is reasonable.
Simple and effective
Maybe one set of the legs could be cut a little shorter to put the steel at an angle to reduce the spall.
You can try it. Personally, just stand back past 12 meters for pistol and 75m for rifle. You'll be fine. Again, Chicks dig scars. Thanks for watching. Strength & Honor, TR
Have been eying these!
Did he say you have ricochet projectile coming back at you?
That's pretty stinkin' cool !!!!
Thanks for watching and thank you for your service. Strength & Honor, TR
Look at this baller out here with a two-by-four
How do you keep the stand from falling? Seems it would need sand bags or something for higher calibers
You can shoot the shit out of it with rifle, outside of 75 meters... the wood legs are wide. It’s not going anywhere
AWESOME. Can you shoot them with your rifle or are they just rated for pistol?
Mr. Cool he says in the description box they are made from rifle rated steel 😊👍🏻
Susan Britcher Ah yes of course. I should have read the description too! Thank you very much! That's a big help! 🇺🇸 HOOAH!
Thank You Gents I like that and hope to get one at least in the near future? We will see. Have a great day....
BIG RON OVER AND OUT.....
Stupid simple, I think I can even figure out how to piece it together... I did say think. Great product.
Like, circumcision scars?
"close rnough for gov't work" indeed..lol...MGM plate rack is awesome...
Great Stuff
The problem with systems like this is that the only hardened steel is the plates. The hooks and stand parts are not. You get any flyer rounds and they will deform.
needs to be on full30
unfortunately they let certain channels in not all. I think its bullshit.
How the hell could anyone not like this? I see 4 people who need a whack with a big stick. Great product idea, I'll buy one
Thanks for watching. TR.
I was wondering what is your guys stance on UA-cam new sweeping coming on firearm channels. Personally i think its bull
Are the plates strong enough to handle 5.56 or 7.62x39?
Plo Koon the plates have to be ar500 or they will look like Swiss cheese when ur done shooting if u just get mild steel cold roll I mean but mild steel target are great for pistol shooting but anything over 2000fps need ar500 metal
Karl: If they take your channel away...you and the boys take care of them. That's an order, sir.
That's a great system
I'm joking you might have to use used two by fours right now
What about moving targets
Just pick it up, and move it where you want it. Thanks for watching. TR.
Hahaha...
I meant, shooting moving targets.
Hi carl, i was just wondering because its been implied in other video's of yours, when you guys deploy do you get to choose your own gear and if so is it just specialist units or the whole military.
Just certain units
Karl's GoFundMe and Live Stream is Build me a Steel Monster in my backyard.

Friggin sweet
I would love to have them puppies 😁
Been using thoes same hooks for years now actually make my own outta ar500 and have made a better system than all the wood very flimsy
I feel like adding a carriage bolt or something as a “set screw” to set the wood in the metal components.
What do you all plan to do with UA-cam's upcoming ban? You guys and Garand Thumb are my absolute favorite channels on here. I would really hate to see a channel with such fine content just go away.
This is exactly what I’ve been looking for!! Fucking awesome
dad called, wants his pan†s back
I’m sorry I’m not “fashionable enough” for you.
Nice. Do want.

Amen. Keep fighting the good fight. Thanks for watching. Strength & Honor, TR
Very cool product but $300?!?
$300 is dirt cheap for good rifle steel.

David, I retired with 25 years in the United States Special Forces. There wasn’t even a Space Force while I was in. Wow. Thanks for watching, TR
