I cant believe you didn't play the conscript, that card has won me games on its own and works insanely well in your deck, I'd even play it if it was 2 mana, its that good
Yeah Conscript lets you grind out so many matchups and it's even better in RB. Painful to see it on the sidelines lol
Tattered apparition over cult conscript is pretty criminal. Especially with double Lagamos and bone splinters.
Yeah, that's embarassing. He didn't play it because "it just a 2/1" while playing a bunch of bad 2 drops and a 2/2 for 4... Conscript is probably the best early drop possible in this deck (excluding rares/mythics).

6:28 The bug that confused Seth. Balduvian Atrocity transforms into Braids Frightful Return when he places it in his deck. It looks like it makes it the card that's in the same position in the next pack?
It all gets cleared up once the draft is over, with Seth having the correct amount of both cards. He didn't have three Atrocities, but he was right about it getting it mixed up with Frightful Return.
i feel like this has been a bug for like a year, can really screw over your draft if you think you get the wrong card, especially if it's a wrong colour
@@person3176 Yeah frequent drafters know about that bug by now and can recognize when it is happening, but I feel bad for the people who think they misclicked and it ends up derailing their draft.
yesterday i had a funky bug. after a grinding match I won on board and my opponent emoted GG, i replied GG and immediately lost the match. wtf

Garna is 100% the pick in P3 after we took Lagomos earlier. The 2/1 Lagomos makes with Garna out effectively becomes either a free card or a free 2 damage each turn.

26:20 hilarious how you got punished twice for not just saccing Darien to his own ability. Not only would you have been able to cast Salvaged Manaworker, your opponent would not have been able to use that removal spell.
Loved this video, and would love more draft content! Sometimes doing stuff as simple as explaining your decisions and narrating play makes a huge difference. Thanks!

it looks like b/w tokens was open. there were like 3 pyrexian warhorses that got passes to you, several captians call, plus the flash creature that makes a 1/1. I'm really liking the bw token deck, warhorse is such a great threat
the black red deck you ended up with is pretty sweet
I think he ended up in a good spot, but as a fellow BW fan I thought the same thing.
Phyrexian Warhorse is so great, it's like the spiritual successor to Thallid Omnivore from original Dominaria.
Dominaria United seems like a fun limited. During prerelease, I had a WU Aggro Deck headed by both Defilers in the colors, the WU signpost, Adarkar Wastes, and a full synergy deck with a functional sideboard of 11 cards, with even amounts for aggro and control matchups! People were shocked when I had to say, "Hold up, I need to sideboard some things..." 16 damage in 2 turns with U creatres was fun!

That's what I fall into the worst. I overthink things in draft. I just learned a lot from your draft advice. That's why I learn a lot from you, we play.similar decks, I'm just a little more open in my crimminess
Seth, I think you should watch more of Kenji's drafts. A lot of your choices were suboptimal. It was a little painful to watch you take a Tattered Apparition third pick thinking that's cutting black.

I love lagomos, I actually beat a chulane deck in historic brawl with my lagomos deck while I was stuck on 3 lands right before watching this. It’s sneaky good!
I drafted mono blue with a splash for 2 fires of victory. I drew so many cards I was constantly worried about decking myself lol.
Small punt in the King Darien game, you could sac him to his own ability instead of paying 1 for Warhorse. You were probably still losing but no reason to waste mana before seeing what you drew.
Yea cault conscript makes your bone splitters fantastic! Also, Love Song + Sheoldred as a nice combo to end the game.
I haven’t seen it yet but that love song saga would work well with sheoldred

1:57 Maybe, Guardian of New Venalia, Serra Paragon and Peacekeeper are in this set, so its possible to build Mono White Aggro.
I would've snap taken the conscript and played 2 of them. Would've been useful in your high curve and sac synergies.
Regarding the atrocity disappearing, it's a known bug, just save the deck and go back into it.
Seth is the crew going to do anything with unfinity? not sure mtgo will have it but maybe somehow paper version it? (I know you are far apart but maybe each buy 6 packs and you play sealed vs each other?)
Probably the best chance would be while we are all in Vegas together the end of the month, I think it's a possibility.

love song is good on any mode. if you just need a burn spell to win, i can get it for you. or if you need 2 more points of flying damage chose the counters.
taking a bad black card and passing two black lands is probably not cutting anything

But Bone Splinters is good in a sac deck!
In the draft it showed he had two braids, and one atrocity. Then he had two atrocities, and one braids when he ended the draft.

I’ve drafted 3 of a card on arena only to have 2 afterwards. I’ve also drafted cards and they just disappear during deck construction.

How do you pass on that many destroy evils in one draft. Like at some point don't you just go white cause the card is so good.

I did approximately the same deck in sealed...except I didn't have sheoldred x) .
I'm actually trying to brew a historic deck with her, in order to have a draw-burn-control esper deck, but i'm having troubles to make it work as to right now... I know that by making my opponent draw, I help him having answers, but I also help myself drawing counters...any advice?

41:48 when you concede maybe i'm missing something and the game is probably lost, but with the swamp you drew couldn't you have played 2 three drops and then blocked next turn? Opponent was at 1 card in hand. Game was probably lost but it looked like there was potentially a way to win.
well, firstly, rager pings Seth for 1, and he's at 1 life. So no, just one card he could play, so he still dies to the rivaz menace. I'm more laughing that the opp didn't flowstone their rivaz to just kill Seth on the attack

Just so you know Seth, the reason you keep getting flooded is that you didn't change out the hideous Baldur's Gate basic lands with the ugly wall of text. It's much better luck to swap them for some nicer basics. This is a scientifically proven fact.
So cunfused why you didn't windmill slam that World Spell and just go golgari...

How do you enter a draft on arena?
If you go to the orange "Play" button at the bottom right of the home page and then go to the events icon that looks like a flag you'll see a "Limited" option pop up, that will show you all the draft events.
