This session debated what consumer expect from insurers in an increasingly complex world of digitalisation and growing protection gaps. The debate eloborated on how far insurance products and services are meeting their needs today, and what they could expect in the future. The panel also delved into the role of the regulatory framework in placing consumers first, ensuring a smooth consumer journey and promoting financial education, financial inclusion and engagement of young consumers.
