I am his sister and i am so proud of him. Even after all he went through he came out so strong. Thanks to Hardik bhaiya for giving him a platform to share his story. My brother is the strongest man I know and has made the whole family strong. At the end truth wins
I am literally crying after watching this video. Sooo proud of you Aryan. You will touch the sky. I pray for you. I have gone through a similar experience. I was also jailed in the USA but nothing stopped me from moving forward in life. Please continue with all the strength God has given
@@blueberries2910 I think he had an F1 visa because he mentions about his university reporting to immigration department after few days of not reporting. Actually this is the policy for international students in the US. Interms of University when i searched the name "San Marcos University" it says Texas State University so I will give him benefit of the doubt and call it this university. But the biggest questions I have is: 1. What were his source of funds for a year in his I-20 and 2. Who paid for his flight ticket?
@@djm5242 He answers both questions in the video. He says his fathers friend told him to get a job and save the money for collage fee. Second his flight ticket was paid by his family ofcourse and his return ticket during deportation was paid by the US federal governament. As for the funds for his I-20 his fathers friend probably declared the funds but once he arrived didn't give him any.
Let's be honest and not give him a pat on his back yet, he went to US unprepared without money to pay for his education, broke the U.S. laws by working illegally, which they take very seriously, got himself arrested, and got himself deported with a 10-year ban from entering the U.S. in the future.
I came to UK as a student. When I came, no one, I mean not even my cousins, grand mother etc back in the country knew about it. In the UK, no one knew that I am coming. My father told one of his friend who didn't turn up at the airport to pick me up. I had burnt my boats and was ready to live on the roads but never ever went to any friend or relative. My father died 1 month after I came to UK so the only support I had was lost. I was on my own, all alone, saw the real face of this world, always kept my confidential information secret and went through the rivers of fire. Where there were evil souls, I also found some amazing good souls. Now here I am after 20yrs, with master degree from UK working at the senior-level management position in the central government. Every success has a brutal past which helps you get up the ladder of success.
Awesome brother.. proud of you... you must contact platforms like humans of Bombay humans of India to share ur story ... it will inspire others who are going through the same
An Indian man from Maharashtra who is about 50 years of age treated me really badly when I joined a new company. He was so rude and behaving like a bully with me from day 1. I had thought that an Indian would behave nicely with me but he was so much insecure with my presence in the team and i dont know why. But I had sorted out things with him and later learnt that he was jealous and offended that why a young boy was hired to a bigger position than him and gets more salary😅 Indians do behave badly with other indians abroad most of time but there are also some nice indians and Pakistanis who supported me.

@@aryansuryavanshi2704 Sorry for what happened to you. I also had similar situation but not this extreme of a Indian relative. Thankfully we found our way out. God works mysterious ways so just keep at it.
I am a American Pakistani’s and I have seen many greedy people but this story made me very sad because of someone’s action you suffered a lot. I have many Indians friends here and many who came that struggled. I always helped them and supported them as much as I can, but I would never go that far to hurt someone or put them in jail. Everyone must be respected even if they hurt you, you must have a good heart. I know Pakistan and Indians who come here struggle but that doesn’t mean we give up. Aaryan, education will come to you but most importantly stay at a place where your family is and loves you. You are very strong and gave a great motivation. Got bless you!

This guy is really strong discussing his story like a champ...when you're less than 20 yrs of age you went to jail where your own relatives whom you trusted betrayed you at such extent is disgusting!! More power to you brother, keep your head up!!!
As an international student, I know very well that an Indian with a business will definitely exploit another Indian just because they are in a stronger position.
One comment Aryan made was that Indians take advantage and EXPLOIT other Indians. I have lived in USA for the past 50 years. Living the American Dream. In those 50 years I have witnessed many Indians get exploited by our own people. We have been brought up to trust and respect elders- a huge mistake. My own relative complained to immigration when I was in Canada as a student. Anyway, I was lucky that I had proper documentation to live and work there. Jealousy and envy of your success affects the friends and relatives, who are very close to you. They don’t want you to be better off than they are. We tried to help many individuals because we were doing well. Those same people cheated us and became our competitor. I trusted him. My fault. My stupidity. However, I forgive him. KISMAT is everything. Heaven and hell is right here on this earth whatever good things you have done, you will be rewarded sooner or later and those who have cheated others, you will see them suffering right before your eyes.
You've been through a lot at such an young age. "Abroad mai Indians hi Indians ka katte hai" is such a relatable sentiment. It's such a sad thing about us. You are really a brave person, all the best for your future endeavours!

Absolutely. I felt the same. Also every time you interrupt him not only do you break the flow but you also just summarizing what he just said which doesn't add value to the conversation.
Salute to Aryan's courage and patience. I 100% blame his parents. He was a 17-year-old kid and how come they sent him trusting this 'so-called' friend? My father told me upfront that he cannot support my US education. I grinded for 3 years and then got a full scholarship for my master's. Some people think they don't have to pay the piper and they take up any 'too good to be true' deal in front of them. I will never send my kid to a different state in India let alone a different country trusting a friend or a relative.
yeah bro u are absolutely right , why can someone expect their friend , not even a close relative to pay a hefty fee of 19k dollars for ur child , that's not how the world works , if u cant afford then simply learn to say no to ur child
Indian parents are star struck with having their children study abroad and eventually settle there. What the child may have to go through, e.g. loneliness, away from family/friends, cost of living, suitable accommodation, financial stress, etc., they cannot or refuse to acknowledge/accept.😊
Also , it is very strange how a father's friend can pay for your education, while the fee for the college is $20.000 or more here in the US. On top of that, they will provide food and a room to share. That raises eyebrows.
@@aquariusa2421it’s very shady. Usually Indian staying in these countries will not dare call police and file a false complaint cos it can backfire tremendously if it’s proved that she was lying. His story is very strange. He’s leaving something out that transpired between them.
Seems fishy. There is no university called San Marcos University in Texas. He mentions it by name at 2:03). There is a Texas State University in San Marcos. You have to know your university name pretty well. Also, you will not get a visa unless you show the money and or property to Visa officials. Why would a family friend or relative pay more than $20,000 and that too for 4 years? This seems like a scam to use emotional sentiments to get some money.

Suggestion to students: When you come to US you need to think “Who brought me to US?”. The answer is “your college”, or “your employer” whatever may be the case. So everything you need to ask your college, also report to them what is happening, not relatives. Also keep in touch of other students who are doing the same course.
The victim's message was correct. Don't depend on anyone or any organization. If you go to US or another country for education, go with enough money to complete your education. Don't go with a mindset that you will rely on someone else or work cash jobs to pay for your education, which is impossible. If you go for a job, make sure you have (i.e., the employer has or finds) a job/project. College did not bring him. He brought himself here. The college will kick him out if he (i.e., the student) does not pay the tuition fee before the deadline for a semester. The college will not keep a non-paying student for one semester, unless the student also has some sort of a scholarship or teaching assistantship (TA).
no country cares about what your circumstances are, the law is the law. if you were trafficked then you can claim asylum. The problem with indians is that they dont do enough research and hindu society is such that you just have to listen to what elders say. if the elder uncle tells a young girl to come sit on his lap she must do it, no thinking. But in the real world once youre 18, they expect you to have some brains. You cant be like my uncle told me this, i didnt know about that blah blah. I know of students who came to UK, didnt study and were thrown out of the course because they couldnt even manage to shop, cook and clean for themselves. That is the state of children in india. The'yre basically kids till their parents die because all decisions are made by the parents
@@anocri Agree to rest but you are wrong about the line “he brought himself here”. For USA you need someone to bring you. You cannot come by yourself. It’s not possible, unless on a tourist visa. Either it will be a college or a job. So you need to report to them all the time. Also keeping company of friends is a good idea. Don’t be alone like the victim. And also don’t listen to one person. Listen to many suggestions from different people like international students, local students, faculty etc
It is a very very painful and traumatic episode of this courageous young man. He has learnt a lot in his young age which has made him a strong and brave person. This innocent young person should use this traumatic experience in a positive manner to develope his skills to be a successful, kind, fare, respectful, caring person without any prejudice. God helped him through his wise and intelligent sister to protect him and proved that he is an innocent person. This is a BIG thing. Man proposes, God disposes. I live in Austin. What gives me the chills is the fact that all this happened in the city I live in. This is scary. I salute your perseverance bro. Exposé these bastards.
Expose these bad people, they must be expelled from USA. They are criminals. They cheated a small boy , it’s beyond the imagination of a normal person. Pl expose them with the help of other people in the city and in the country. They are dangerous. They can harm anyone.
Yes he needs to report them - contact the Indian community or temple association in the same area where those people live and spread the word of their wrong doing
His story is sad. But it raises some questions too, how can you expect someone to pay your college fees, take care of your accommodation and food. You start earning 3000 dollars per month(which most of the engineers working in india do not get paid), which is a very good amount when your expenses on food and rent are zero. Went there to study and decided to not to report to the college on the very second day. Yes, your relatives/family friends (whatever they are) did a horrible thing to you, which they would have paid for if you fought them legally. You had an American dream, that's fine but then you should always research and stop believing someone blindly. Lastly, I have nothing personal against this guy, just pointed out what I felt and I hope this guy does very good in his life, he had a very tough time and must have learnt some life lessons. Criticism is always invited. Thanks
Exactly, I mean he was ready to leave them. I don't see any motive to send him in a jail (for house in India?!!) If this happened for real then those people are horrible.

similar thing happened to me, but not to the extent of which he went through. I was verbally abused and my mindset for studying was spoiled by my relatives. I went into depression. Now I'm 32 and have a remote job that pays okay. But I stay mostly inside home and lack self esteem. Yes don't trust your relatives and at age of 18 I was navive and I couldn't cope with the mental torture. Managing to study computer science engg and at the same time facing constant bashing from relatives after coming back from college was hectic. At that age I couldn't afford to move out or go back to my village. It ruined my life but didn't end me. I always learn new things and challenge myself to stay busy growing. Those thoughts come back and give me pain. its a constant battle to overcome those emotions. It was what god had planned for me and I accept it.
God bless you, young man. I am proud of you that you faced the situation so boldly. Your uncle who trapped you in this situation will pay in the same coins in the near future. The Hindi proverb " Karega woh bharega" will be proved very shortly.
Just to let everyone know, this story is not shown to get sympathy or file a case against those people, I can very well expose them and tell their background to anyone and everyone, but the point of this whole video was to spread awareness among people that, don't trust someone blindly, even if it is your blood relation and be careful about everything, your parents are not always sweet to you, they scold you and guide you through the right path, but if someone is always being sweet to you then there is something sour in it that you can't taste, which you will but it would be very late till then. Now exposing them is just going to create a fuss out of everything, there are thousands of them, we can't point everyone out, we need to be careful and keep our eyes and ears open all the time, but if it'll come to exposing them, then I surely will someday with all proofs and background I have of them as they are living as a refuggee there, and I've told it all to immigrations and customs enforcement which will surely take an action against them one day. God Bless You all who undertstood me and support me, and to the rest of the people, I wish god gives you sense🙏🏻
Good luck with your life man! I came to USA in 2016 and since I came I knew about this things. I never stayed with relatives instead prefered to stay with friends on sharing basis and made my own way. But I have seen many, especially your age kids become easy prey for them and they exploit on their own wish and take advantage of innocence. You have seen a lot even though you choose to spread awareness that depicts good upbringing from your parents and inner positivity. I advise whoever plan for the USA wait till at least graduation. Yes, maturity comes with age. Good luck with your life again and thank you for sharing your story !
People particularly Indians take advantage of kids Sent to Canada, USA like domestic help, no pay. And kids are better if they move out fast. In your case your Chacha and Chachi were demons.
I understand your personal story but it is not fair to generalize your experience to everyone else. Saying that we shouldn’t trust family is like saying we should lead a life where we are skeptical of everyone and everything. I wouldn’t be where I am in life without the help of my family, and I am not talking immediate family. From providing emotional support to huge financial support without a second ( I had a cousin loan me $25,000 without asking a second question when I needed it and I didn’t even have to pay him back, just had to forward the loan to an other cousin when he needed it - all of this for educational purposes). So the gist is, so people are bad and some people are good. We need to be careful in judging people without having a general bias either way. Don’t blindly trust and don’t blindly mistrust everyone. It will be a miserable life if doubtful of everyone and everything.

Being a former international student at Uni of Houston, i have learned and experienced few things that might help a new kid: 1- Never ever think to drop any semester.( Spring and fall sem mandatory). As student can take off for 3.5 months in summer for a visit back or get an extra job. But Spring and Fall. Nopes. 2- 12 credit hours per semester is mandatory for under grad programs for international students. (12 hr means 4 courses of 3 cr hrs each). 3- if the international student councilor reports to USCIS that you are not registered at school (university) at fall or spring, or taking less than 12 hrs, You are in bigggg trouble. Trust me they report it quite often without asking or letting u know. 3- If for any reason, you can maintain your 12 credit hr status ( write a letter to uscis ASAP about the reasons). USCIS IS VERY LENIENT IF YOU HAVE A LEGIT REASON. For eg : your family back in India is facing hardship and cant afford to send money in this semester etc. I must say u still had some options to stay there even after your jail time and deportation orders. But again, jo hota hai achay ksy liye hi hota hsi, its good u are back with family.
Studying in the U.S. is much better than in India, believe me! Sending your kid to study in another country is a big decision parents make. It's not just about picking a country; it's also about money. The United States is known for having expensive education, so parents need to plan carefully. Even though studying in the U.S. is a great idea, you need to know what to do to make it happen. I'm a student in a U.S. college, and I'm doing well because I got help with money for my education. It's important to understand how everything works to have a good experience. Don't worry; it's safe here! I have American friends who help me a lot with everything.
This is a very comman case where everyone wants thier child to succeed and even a sliver of hope of their childs success( especially in USA) indians are willing to take the risk especiallwhen there a lack of basic knowledge that u are gonna get deported if u don’t show up to college and mostly this risk is usually fruitfull as most people are naturally helpful.
this is very heart breaking story, I think every parent have to learn from this that don't fully trust their relatives. I saw this trait on most of Indian Dads that if you are going outside city or country they always looks for their relatives connections. I know connection is very important but you don't have to fully rely on them. when it comes to children, parents need to be very carefull about their responsibility.

The message from the video should be to do your research before setting foot in any foreign country. There is no dearth of information esp in this age of internet communication. There is a reason most universities have DSOs and international student services whose job is to provide information to international students entering their university. The I-20 issued by the university and the clear directions from USCIS are to contact the university and report to the international students office as soon as you arrive in the city. If you don’t, then it the required of the DSO of the university to inform the USCIS of this lapse. All of this is clearly mentioned in various forms and communication with the university admissions and international student services as well as the Indian student association (Texas state univ at San Marcos has one too). We knew how to do this 20 years ago and I don’t understand how people still do not know these basics.
Never fall for relative's assurances. I spent one week in bus stand after relatives wanted to me to leave after i stayed at their house for couple of months. Till i could find an affordable accomodation I had to stay in bus stand and lived off a suit case.
Similar story here. I belong to a village and was bright at studies so i went to my uncle's house in city to live to get coaching. They told me they wouldnot take rent and feed me so we were very grateful but as soon as i went there they fired their maid and i did all the dishes , jhadu pocha etc. I was basically a replacement of their maid. Tolerated a few months coz my parents had high hopes from me but then told everything and they called me back.
Indians who come from India think they can manipulate the US laws as it possible in India by bribes and other means. But here in the US the laws are enforced very strictly. It is almost impossible to manipulate the authorities. Thanks for sharing.
😂😂 Yes, everyone should follow law. Yes, this boy broke US law. However, thousands of people cross US border daily. They are not deported. He had a better chance of crossing the US border thru Texas or Arizona. 😂 Also, you have one sided story. His so called father’s friend’s story may be different.
@@scm50able -The boy was 18 and was naive ..I am old now but at 18 i sure did not know much about the law..I am sure his uncle was a struggler and was using this boy to get some side money and probably did not like the fact that now he is leaving their house and became smart and earning money
@@fav6419 , unfortunately, in many countries including in India, not knowing law is not an excuse in the court of law. It is an unfortunate situation, but law is law . In America laws are much more strictly enforced than in many other countries. If you follow some of the criminal cases that are going on in America , then you can understand that.
There are many mistakes. 1) the young man skipped university admission for which visa was taken. 2) trusting anyone who suggested otherwise about visa 3) yes for stay usually as righteous approach is to offer stay money even if it’s refused ( keep evidence of that) 4) when young man worked for 10 months he should had enough money for studying $19k ( was it earning greed) 5) not sure if reverse case was filed in the US host
This is a case of human trafficking. The culprits need to be punished and there is plenty legal precedents in the US to punish these people. You should follow up with legal action against them and we will support you.
I am British Pakistani I have seen lot of cases like this from our countries I have lot of friends from India and Pakistan and we often discuss if such things happen, it is a very sad story of Aryan it is unfortunate that his father's friend was a greedy soul but not everyone is like him we have to trust people in life to progress, Aryan went there as a child but returned as a man he is a strong boy welldone to him. We all will pray for your success in life and you will definitely succeed in India and conquer the world one day. All the best and good wishes bro. ❤❤❤
Very sad story but hats off to this boy who stayed strong and came out of all this, went back to his parents 🙏🏽 I wish Aryan a lot of success and happiness in his life. Thanks to him and the host for sharing the story.
His parents should have been more careful and proactive, they should also expose such fraudulent uncle and aunt Also. I'm surprised he went to US in the hope that some distant relative will bear all his expenses when all his parents could afford was a visa and air ticket. One should live within one's means and not depend too much on others. There are many instances in US where relatives and friends from India have piled on others causing financial burden to the hosts
This is a stupid one sided story. How can anyone expect someone else to pay your college fees. College in USA is so very expensive, even your own parents can't afford it. I think there are a lot of questions, this is not a truthful story but is one sided. Maybe the uncle wanted Aryan's house due to the expenses it would cost to take him out of legal custody. What would the uncle get by frauding this penniless boy. Sorry, this is a ridiculous one sided story. All lies told by Aryan.
Usually I don’t comment on videos But after watching this I just couldn’t sleep But I have two very important questions? 1. At this age if your family decided to send you alone without any financial support and on your second day you found about your uncles plan. What did you family say ? Why didn’t your family stopped you to stay with your uncle ? 2. When you decided not to go to college why didn’t your family called you back ? If it’s bcoz of money then you know what I mean by this question ? You could have saved yourself from this situation but idk what went wrong So sorry to hear that about you and I can see in your thoughts that you are very bold. Wish you all the best in future.
why didn't the family stop? They too, became desperate. A small light, his uncle, showed of free stay, free food and a job seemed a better option since he did not think of a backup plan.
2. he was not aware of the consequences of going to a foreign country for learning, vs his own country. a blatant manipulation happened in his case. This would have, inevitable, tore him to shreds. Can't fathom the amount of tears that face has cried.
sachin bhai questions are genuine ....but yaar sometimes people don't know much about other countries like rules and regulations...like my dad is an officer in the airforce still he doesn't know how it works in USA or Europe? and secondly, I think in this case it was a well-planned execution from the couple's side....they had been encouraging him for a long period of time about the American dream and his father trusted him so much that he took the risk
God bless you son.Use this experience as a positive learning experience. Don't let that deter you from achieving your dreams in India. Its a good country as any other
Such a sweet kid. I feel real sorry for him. Do not worry hardships makes you stronger. Wish ALLAH will allow you much better opportunity. A genuine one
Mere sath bhi same not like him but in my case it was my own chachi (Wife of my father's smaller brother)...she and her husband promised to give me shelter as i was preping for my xams but after 16 days they turned out and asked me to leave ...it was GOD's Grace that i came out peacefully not getting into trouble like that but yes i wish lots of happiness to his boy and his family
My case was bit different. My father's school friend, helped me with a lot of things. He gave me a PC, monitor and laptop for free. I am very grateful to him.
Aryan’s story is heartbreaking. How can someone do this to a young boy? Thank God he is out of this ordeal now. All the best Aryan, just focus on your studies. I am sure you will do lot better in India. Just don’t give up.
In USA you have to deposit college fee after reaching USA,that’s why he reached USA only spending on ticket. Many students using this & not join the college & start work to earn money. But in Canada you have pay fees to college from India then they will give acceptance letter. For Visa you have to deposit another GIC of CAD10000. For students like this German is best country where education is free but getting PR there is very tough.

Why didn't you ask him
did he take or want to take any legal action against that family
Sometimes use your brain and ask some useful and perfect questions
Show the face of that husband and wife so who are close to them may know how dangerous they are and also add the audio of that call aryan talking about
If the charges are fully in his favour
He has right to sue them
But I think his lawyer did make a deal with that family to take back the case otherwise ready to face the consequences
May this happened

An Indian man from Maharashtra who is about 50 years of age treated me really badly when I joined a new company. He was so rude and behaving like a bully with me from day 1. I had thought that an Indian would behave nicely with me but he was so much insecure with my presence in the team and i dont know why. But I had sorted out things with him and later learnt that he was jealous and offended that why a young boy was hired to a bigger position than him and gets more salary😅

As an international student, I know very well that an Indian with a business will definitely exploit another Indian just because they are in a stronger position.
Gujjus again?

I will never send my kid to a different state in India let alone a different country trusting a friend or a relative.
exactly how you could do you send their son in such conditions.....relatives are the most corrupt species in this world
yeah bro u are absolutely right , why can someone expect their friend , not even a close relative to pay a hefty fee of 19k dollars for ur child , that's not how the world works , if u cant afford then simply learn to say no to ur child
Something is not Right ?
Parents want gud for their children may be due to lack of knowledge they belived,.. but at the end they never want wrong for u...
How can you believe these promises?

Suggestion to students:
When you come to US you need to think “Who brought me to US?”.
I watched your video today and was deeply moved. It's truly disheartening to realize that people we trust can behave so poorly and selfishly, bringing shame to humanity. It seems you've learned a lot in a short period of time. I'm confident that you'll achieve great heights in your life.
Lol. Purchase parity left the chat😂. A 1 lac salary in india is like 60-70k salary in usa
bro tumhari baat ek dum sahi hai but usa ke hisaab se 3000 dollar per month koi badi amount nahi hai.
Bhai mostly log student pe jaate hai or vaha jaake refugee claim karlete hai

similar thing happened to me, but not to the extent of which he went through.
My younger brother also faced it and still he is depressed and lack of confidence.
Bro expose them . Let them raste their own medicine
@@TheRealDraxHere, only our parents and our siblings are considered family. Others are called relatives.

This is very difficult for a kid who goes for studies and facing this kind of shit really difficult hats off to this man Aryan
Being a former international student at Uni of Houston, i have learned and experienced few things that might help a new kid:
1- Never ever think to drop any semester.( Spring and fall sem mandatory).
The question I have is, how can you send your kid to someone so untrustworthy (and consider a close friend) to a foreign country?
Exactly..I am wondering how his parents could send him without knowing anything about their relatives.
How can you believe if someone else will pay your tuition fees, even in india they won’t pay .. while america is way expensive.
@@Prachi-shasame thing I was thinking..this is foolishness
This is a very comman case where everyone wants thier child to succeed and even a sliver of hope of their childs success( especially in USA) indians are willing to take the risk especiallwhen there a lack of basic knowledge that u are gonna get deported if u don’t show up to college and mostly this risk is usually fruitfull as most people are naturally helpful.

Tolerated a few months coz my parents had high hopes from me but then told everything and they called me back.
hats off Aryan, you went through soo much at a such young age. God is always with you.
Indians who come from India think they can manipulate the US laws as it possible in India by bribes and other means. But here in the US the laws are enforced very strictly. It is almost impossible to manipulate the authorities. Thanks for sharing.

Good points
Exactly no one is talking about these points

Very sad story but hats off to this boy who stayed strong and came out of all this, went back to his parents 🙏🏽 I wish Aryan a lot of success and happiness in his life. Thanks to him and the host for sharing the story.
His parents should have been more careful and proactive, they should also expose such fraudulent uncle and aunt
Also.
Usually I don’t comment on videos
But after watching this I just couldn’t sleep
But I have two very important questions?
You could have saved yourself from this situation but idk what went wrong
So sorry to hear that about you and I can see in your thoughts that you are very bold.
