There's a simple way to improve the sound of an audio cable. With a copper wire: you wind the audio wire around the copper wire and send the end of the copper wire to the house ground wire. The same can be done with most sound system devices.
    Comment:
I have Sennheiser 800 headphones and every time I surround a system component, I hear an improvement.
In a 120V electrical system, there is a neutral. If there's a protective sheath, it's removed. It was with this stripped wire that I wrapped all the elements of my system. It's not very elegant ... buff . . . My ears appreciated the result.
Listening to this video, I realized that my audio cables are antennas that pick up parasites, and that my copper wire protects them by picking up parasites and transmitting them to the house ground.

This is great. Identifying and solving problems of each component in the hifi chain. I like his class A and cabling solutions. Just unaffordable for me. Haha.
