    Thank you for this excellent video. If only my first dance instructor 10 years ago started with these exercises. Or even my second or third instructor, I may have avoided 3 knee surgeries. However, Latin turn-out is quite brutal on knees too.

    膝關節「只宜 前彎」
    絕對不宜「偏斜、扭轉」,內翻 Turn in 外翻 Turn out…… 皆會傷膝。
    擺盪舞的轉動在「跟、掌、尖」上,不宜「平足 Flat Foot」時硬轉,避免傷腿腳。
    探戈,也是轉在「跟、掌」而已。
