My recommendation priority to invest (Level-wise) when not endgame with fixed teams: Level 55-60: Loved DPS Level 50(+): Your favorite on-field characters who would die otherwise or favorite atk/def/lp based characters. Level 40-45: (Not favorite) off-field supporter/ burst stunner (like Rina/ Anby,Koleda). Enough to survive few hits. Condition: Good at parrying/ dodges. Lv up when you feel a lack of daze/buff to upgrade skills or if you die quite often especially with these. Summary in energy efficiency with little changes: IK-Level 45-49: *Low [%] is better to farm in following section: W-Engine EXP (6%) > Disc EXP (8.6%) > Dennys (11%) > Agent EXP (11%). So if you are low in [agent-type, W-engine-type- or skill abilities]-ressources you can buy these with denys and farm denys instead because these are more efficient to farm at your IK level. Just an idea. Probably recommended to watch a video where and how to spend your denys (like B or A Stuff) for the best profit for the denys you spend. IK-Level 50+: *Here is partially the range much higher as to whether you are lucky or not to get ressources. That's why it's better to be on the safe side and start farming from IK level 50 - the exception is for your dps. To invest in him quite efficient I recommend: to skill level 7-8, weapon to lv.50, core level E & few S disc drives for good main stats. Otherwise preferably at IK Lv. 50+: *High [%] is better to farm in following section: Skill abilities (+26%) > Core Ability (+25%) > W-engine-type-Resources (> +6%) > Agent-type-Ressources (> +2%)
…on a grand scale, denny is probably the least efficient for several reasons: 1. it’s technically infinitely farmable at no energy cost 2. more realistically, you’ll get tons of it from battle pass long term if you subscribe to it every cycle. 3. If you’re a whale, it’s the only resource you can technically top up infinitely All that said, if you need Denny to progress at the point you’re at, then you’re either completely f2p or ahead of most people anyway, so it’s justifiable to farm it; I just wouldn’t pre-farm it over other things 🙃
@@nevverre3500same. I think if you’ve been playing nonstop since day one, without refreshes you’d be around 43-44 without using all batteries, around 45 with batteries used. personally just taking the slow route and saving my batteries for 45/50+ for resource efficiency, feel like there’s no need to rush. For hoyo games, in general as long as you log in daily and complete events and finish the content before the next patch, you’re not missing out on too much. hitting end game faster just makes you more susceptible to FOMO over-pulling from boredom and consequently hitting that pay-to-progress wall faster, which sandwhiches you into wanting to spend more or quitting out of boredom faster (or both, typical of the gacha model 🙃). which is why video creator is awesome for helping inform what’s efficient so we can slowly enjoy the game without feeling rushed ✌️
If you have dennies then youre probably starving for mats. If you have mats youre starving for dennies If you have both you probably dont have many characters built. I hope we get double drop events for money and mats more often each patch.
You keep saying that "if you get lucky you will get more materials at level 40 than 50", but that is not how percentages work. The change of getting purple mats or "getting lucky" is low enough that long term you will waste your time and energy an get far less than you would by farming the level 50 monsters. Relying on luck in this scenario is a surefire way to lose
i spent about 8 or 9 battery getting disk between 35 - 40, now im 41 and i still dont have the best of the best disks (i need 3 more s ranks for anby the rest of my first and 2 team are pretty good)
Define worth it. Banner weapons are always optional and saving your rolls for getting more characters is always a better use of your rolls in terms of overall account value/ efficiency. This is probably particularly true this early in the game when there are few high-power characters so any new releases are likely to boost your team building options. If your goal is to maximize damage and drip for a favorite character, their signature weapon is “worth it”, but even then you might be better off to wait for a rerun.
Really curious where to focus more to improve my current characters, my 6 main characters are all 50 with 50 W-Engines and skills around 7 with 2~3 passives, should I just keep raising skills and passives until the current max, farm discs, or really just prefarm level up stuff to speed up latter on when I get to 50?
The thing with upgrading characters is that it's a guaranteed increase in dmg and overall effectiveness whereas with discs, you can get bad rolls or useless discs. You should upgrade character abilities and core skills first, then try farming and upgrading drive discs
The Notorious Hunt is the most horrible farming barrier that this game has, like... 3 boss materials per week, you have to farm for 3 to 4 months to get your skills maxed for your team???????
For me it's worth. You need a lot more XP mats than drives in my opinion. But if you still got blue discs or wrong main stats, I would focus on the right discs first. Keep in mind you get 80 percent of them back if you recycle already leveled up disc drives.
Energy is energy, it's all fungible whether you get it from time or from stored batteries. The only difference to that is if you can go up interknot tiers before using the energy from available missions, because of course that makes your energy more valuable after that
you can spend it at this stage and it won't harm you that much. But if you're almost 50 then using them now would be a bit waste since you'd get more items when you reach 50 that at that point, you might as well save up for the leap.

with those 10 batteries we just got, this is a lifesaver, good stuff man.

awesome quick guide!
Got the 10 free battery from mail and spent it all on Dennies coz everything in this game costs Denny and i'm always broke 😂
Same I've easily used that many just on denny at this point
You can get Denny for Holo zero merit tokens
@@ankitkumarjat9886 what if I told you I did already LMAO. I'm struggling out here
@@ankitkumarjat9886 Trust me, even if you grind it out, it won't ever be enough. The denny farm really needs a buff xD

How are people at Inter-knot level 50 already? I've been playing this non-stop and i'm only at level 45, lol. I need sleep.
and I'm only at 43 lol
They refresh every day with polychromes

My team has been 50 for a few days now and I felt kinda lost but now I know what to do in my 40s. Cheers.

Right. Hopefully more people see our comment.
I was just about to search for this video. Perfect Assist! (Video published a minute ago)
Was so low on Dennies that I just funneled all of my batteries into it lol. Glad it's not that big of a deal.
I hit IK lvl 40 day of Zhu Yuan along with my 10 batteries.
I spent all 13 on my Zhu Yuan and Nicole
Thanks, ik 45 finally i can burn all battery to farm disk haha😅

very useful, thank you
Oh lord, I just realized i can farm disc xp.
Lvl 1-60/max skills passive
credit cost exp cost
what's the total?
and how many days/weeks to max out just 1?
assuming you're at Knot 50+
EOD are you going to make a video on whether Zhu's W-Engine is worth the rolls? Hearing a lot of conflicting information on the numbers

I think skills first and then discs would be last since disc is a toss up.
I've spent 200 stamina on certs and only got 30 blues at 40+ I swear that is absolute BS. That's low rolling 10 times
The Notorious Hunt is the most horrible farming barrier that this game has, like... 3 boss materials per week, you have to farm for 3 to 4 months to get your skills maxed for your team???????
So i guess TLDR is just farm the ever living shit out of the basic material. Anything else doesn’t matter unless you absolutely need it.
great video!
Me at lvl 39. I'll save my Hunt runs for lvl 40 🤣
My 1st team consist of Ellen, Souka, Anby while my 2nd is Kolead, Lucy, Piper. Can i max out Piper for my 2nd dps? Or max out Koleda?
max out piper
What does those % mean?
Is farming disk drive exp worth it? You can get more exp but it kinda sucks too because youre not getting any disks.
I do the Disk farm, which you get the drive plating xp items while doing it

hello how do you change ur status word subscribe to red color word???
Is it safe to spend all batteries during this stage in the game?
theoretically spend it when you've unlocked everything like endgame stuff
Energy is energy, it's all fungible whether you get it from time or from stored batteries. The only difference to that is if you can go up interknot tiers before using the energy from available missions, because of course that makes your energy more valuable after that

Is it worth to farm less than 5 enemies?
payout is all the same rate per 20 energy, you reduce them if:
1: you don't have enough energy
2: you have a hard time getting the S rank for 5 cards
EOD, are you colorblind? I noticed you call the color blue grey.
That could be the lack of a cone that absorbs blue light.
Thank you for this guide 🫡🔥💪
