If you want to stream / capture your recordings you will need a laptop or desktop PC to do that along with a capture card. I use Elgato products.
There’s no input lag? I want to stream my PS2 Games and that slight input lag bothers me during games like God Hand 🥺.
Personally I haven't noticed any issues. I think the Hyperkin work great.
@@TeamRetro awesome! Definitely gonna scoop one up then.
Would this work with the steam deck?
What are you trying to do?
Good video but would have liked a side by side comparison with the hyperkin ps1 cable and an av cable.
The AV to HDMI converter blows it to 16:9 as it's basic / can't select. The only way to capture a console is via an Elgato or like product which is HDMI :) So I don't have an actual way to convert original hardware other than this or the cheap AV converter (which I said doesn't do 4:3).
Thanks for watching
What??? OMG, i have been looking for this! Thank you! You are definitely subscribed!
Just one question, i have ElGato Game Capture Hd for the PS3. Do you think it Will work too? Ir should i actually buy this material?
Hugs From Portugal!!!!
Yes it will and thanks for the sub! have a great day
Awesome video 😁👌 just out of curiosity, did you get around to testing both PS1 & PS2 games on the PlayStation 2? 🤔🧠💭🎮
Bless your soul
Please I need help i can't do it
How so? What's the issue you're having
Am I not suppose to get audio out of my tv?
Yes for sure.
Just start the process again and change either the HDMI port or cable to trouble shoot.
I just opened elgato game capture and all sound started working thank you !
Nicely explained Video. Is the hyperkin available on Amazon or a particular store. And follow up question; is crash bandicoot one of your favorite ps/ps2 series? I'm somewhat of a ps2 enthusiast myself.👀🙂
ok I need Hyperkin cable , capture card , and that's it ?
nice 👍
Thanks for watching
Retro Gamer Girl dont mention it 👍
I like it
Will this work on ps2 in UK do you know?
I can't see why not because we both are PAL format
The one ps2 device this hdmi cable doesn’t work with is the PSX DVR ugh.
i use the Pound Hdmi Cable i believe its the better solution
Gracias! Tambien quisiera hacer stream de PS1 y PS2 :3
Didnt show the obs settings😢
That of PlayStation sound ❤️❤️
Mano essa sua camisa é muito top ....sucesso pro canal ! S3
So does the hyperkin cable actually give you the ability to stream or what
It does but you still require a capture device. Check out the range from Elgato.
Need a video on that stereo receiver tho
The meridian?
Run smoothly or not i wanna enjoy the nostalgia
If it makes it easier to get into those old games I agree
Do you need a pc for this or?
You will need a PC and capture device to output the stream to Twitch / UA-cam etc.
If it's just home use it's plug and play into your HDMI
That's the first time i saw PS1 !!!
okay. So are you going to show how it connects to twitch? you plugged just plugged the cable in then played crash for 5 mins. not very insitghtful
This was not intended to be a tutorial that setups up Twitch with an OBS system but it's quite easy to do.
Download the OBS software - I use Streamlabs and I created an account to access the alerts / widgets (please look up another how to video on this for in depth how to make changes)
Then login to Twitch using your OBS software
Create a scene and add your capture card to that overlay and if the console is turned on and connect correctly via your capture card it will appear on your computer.
What about ps3
PS3 is a tricky one because of the software. I would suggest searching different videos to explain how to do it
would you know how to hook my ps2 to my TV so I can sing karaoke on tiktok without an eco
The eco perhaps is coming from your room?
is that your setup ? 😍😍😍😍
they do not exist anymore :(
They are available as I just had a search on Amazon and The Gamesmen website :)
I suscribed but hold on you forgot to tell us what else we need to stream u only told us how to hook up the hyperkin cable and turnon system than play game lol 😂 u skipped some steps
So many wires and cables lol
The beauty of using original hardware
70$ dollars?! Hell na
lacking in actual detail beyond this cable does this and that, sorry didn't help in the slightest
To capture anything from a console you still require a capture card that would be the only thing that wasn't covered
Your cute:-)
Thank you
@@TeamRetro your welcome :-)
Just a hunch, did you used to be a guy?
Lol that's the funniest thing anyone has ever commented. Troll away 😂
@@TeamRetro hah you'd like a troll wouldn't you, honest question though hands shoulders look kinda sus
I'm definitely a woman. There's also no need to be harsh towards how I look either if you don't like it then go to someone else's channel that's more to your liking 😊👍👍
@@Aaaaaabcdef wow you must be a really pathetic human to say something like that to someone and then to double down on it. Please get a life bruh.
does this work with laptops though?
The same way you require a capture card and I recommend with laptops the HD60S. Just be sure to check your laptop specs that it will work with the external capture card.
Is this cabel better than levelhike and pound?
