Something happened during the cargo door test.
Thats when the ship started rolling and she never stopped.
Yeah i noticed it, probably the RCS control wasn't capable to stop precisely the rolling, and that is probably one of the reason why the ship disintegrated during the reentry, in fact an another reason probably is that if you look at the heat shield of starship you'll notice some tiles damaged. Actually yes, these were the spaceship's RCS jets to maintain the asset, but there was probably a problem and it started spinning. Thanks for the question!!!
