- In today's video we hit the epic Bike Park Lac Blanc... Well... La EASY and La ROOTS in Lac Blanc to be more precise... Two very different trails, yet both super fun to ride...
La Roots is exactly what the name implies... A steep janky trail characterized by... Well... Roots.... As well as drops, jumps, north shore and a whole heap of tasty rock gardens. We looped this puppy a good few times and every time had a total ball on it...
La Easy was a trail we had written off in the beginning as being... Well... too easy... but "discovered" it at the end of the first session after the rains came. And what a surprise it was. A good fun trail with some solid berms and a good few really fun jumps. As the name implies... Nothing too out of the ordinary on this one, just some really good laughs...

Good times 😎 I can't believe that is only just over two hours from home for me. I need to check that out.
For sure! It got a bit busy on the second day (weather was better) and the lines at the lift started to get a bit long. But other than that, it's well worth a visit... We're planning another trip a bit later in the year if you're interested in some company... We (like quite a few others) camp in the parking lot to get two days of biking out of the trip... :D

Haha. Good old saffa lunch that. All the left over braai meat with some onion, peppers and scrambled eggs... Then a couple pieces good old German bread and we were powered up to the max!
