I’m glad I clicked on your video. Not only did you give tips in detail, but you also did a small business shoutout. Most people just give tips. I was glad to see you supporting other small businesses in multiple ways❤️
Omg how did I miss this!! 🥺🙏🏼💕 Thank you so much babe ! I’m literally jumping up and down from excitement 🥰💕🙈 And you’re so right, working on your business is so rewarding and honestly doesn’t even feel like “work”. 💕
The video I did not know I needed. I would loveeeee to do a pop-up shop for my boutique in 2021 😭💕 This video DEFINITELY helped me. Thank you so much lyss!! I’m obsessed with your videos💛 Keep up the great content!! love you babe🙌🏼💕
Idea for bags. Buy stickers with your logo and put them on the bags, you can also put the stickers on anything else you want people to see and put them with your business card
Thanks for the video. So, when customers pay with cash, you just keep track and change your inventory in Shopify? And when they use the card reader, do it just by pass shipping automatically?
you know what Lyss, you hit it on the head about having SAMPLES OF YOUR MERCHANDISE AT YOUR BOOTH! this is what i decided to do. i design and create canvas tote bags and make up pouches and i have accumulated so many bags over the year and a half (the name of my business is CHASSIEDOT CREATIONS. i am based in Atlanta GA) that when i decided to do a pop up shop i found that my bags had to be divided into 6 catergories. the most of my bags are in a catergory called FABULOUS MISCELLANEOUS. I have so many of those bags that i am going to have to go back in and select the BEST ONES that i know would sell. i think this will help me in my merchandise placement in my booth set up and it will be less stressful too! sheesh! i got my work cut out for me! 😄😄😄😄😄
Hi, I'm a home baker my business name is "Reflection Cakes" this was my first time coming across your channel and I wanted to let you know you were very helpful. I'm going to be a vendor in my first pop up at the end of this month thank you for the info.
Personally, I’ve looked up Facebook groups in my area like vendor groups. People are always advertising the next market/pop-up event and they are looking for small business owners. Another thing I’ve done is go on Instagram and type whatever area you live in market/pop up. Once you find people, you can search the people they follow/follow them for other markets. You can also contact local businesses or organizations to see if you can have a pop up shop at their building or even in the parking lot. The local bowling alley where I live (Utah), they have pop-up shops sometimes. You can contact facilities like that to see if that is something that they’d be interested in. Also following city event pages. The city throws events and they love vendors.
2 questions: 1. How much do you recommend for a cash box? 2. I know you mentioned the Shopify card reader is easier bc it’s integrated so when you make a cash sale do you just manually deduct right after the sale to keep track?
Social media check for some in your area use hashtags and also they range from Free to thousands depends on the Venue I pay $20-60 regularly but the highest I’ve paid was like $400 but I split that cost with a shared booth I knew the person lol and I made over $1900 in Los Angeles I hope that helped

I would like to suggest maybe expanding your target audience💯this video is really helpful but I believe you would help a lot more people out if you just supported both male and female because even though ima a guy I still learned from this and could benefit from some of these tips for my brand 💯‼️🙏🏾🙏🏾But great video btw we appreciate you
Don't know how I got your channel recommended to me lol especially since I'm a guy. watched a few of your vids, you got some good content and tips keep up the hustle

This was my first time watching any video you’ve ever made and I enjoyed this, it was so helpful and very fulfilling and I appreciate every detail you shared down to the decimal, I would say I felt a little excluded though because “it felt like” you were only speaking to your female audience.😞😞
@lilyzmade Love this video. I recently did a venmo business which is linked to my business bank account! But I definitely get why you do it throw way with the pos
✨You can buy paper bags on Amazon and print out stickers with your logo and put it on the bag . 🤷🏻♀️
Can you give a little bit more info on the print out stickers?
And thats what i do
That’s what I do. And I also have a stamp
I plan on doing that, thank you!
@@mashellemorgan8107 Avery has plain stickers you can buy & go on their website to create them & just print it out

This might be a silly question but do you charge your regular price or discount your items at a pop up shop?
I do give discounts :) I have a sign that says follow us on Instagram for 15% off 🤗
@@BossUpWithLyss how do you keep up with the subscribers to ensure that they get their discount?

2. I know you mentioned the Shopify card reader is easier bc it’s integrated so when you make a cash sale do you just manually deduct right after the sale to keep track?
The inventory is attached to the card reader and then you won’t have to keep track of inventory. I hope that helps.
Loved your video 🙂 It was so informative and straight to the point
