    Having trouble with the particle object rotation part. No matter how I adjust the parameters, can't get the fish head to face forward. :(

      Got another question about this so ill copy paste my response here:
      its always a little fiddly, generally setting it to velocity should work since then they will point to where they are going but then its still hard to find the right axis.
      in theory blender and all other programs use y or the equivelant as the forward vector so make sure your fish are pointing in either y+ or y- and see which works

      @@baeac Thank you, but I don't think it's an issue with the axis. I believe the axis is correct, but the particles aren't consistently facing forward. Instead, they randomly change direction in some instances, and sometimes they jitter. But overall, most of the time they do move forward, I just can't seem to find a pattern. 🤔

      I was facing the same problem, rotating to the y and then applying the rotation solved the issue. Thanks a lot for making such a great content

    How do you define what the front of the object is? In my case the fish are going side ways despite having dynamic rotation, trying to figure out how blender defines the rotation of a particle because rotating the original object doesn't work

      My fish goes crazy but i changed the Physics to Boids instead of newtonian
