As far as my knowledge goes when people say you can't get addicted to weed, they're referring to chemical addiction. That's what happens when you smoke cigarettes, hard drugs and alcohol. Your brain rewires itself and you become dependent on the substance to function at all. But yes, it's common knowledge that you can form emotional addiction with weed. Meaning you won't fiend or start scratching your skin, or have withdrawls. You'll just feel worse without it and it causes loss of interest and other things
See people are so fucking stupid bruv if you need to cough to get higher your a weirdo as you have no oxygen in your lungs as your just causing collapsed lungs cracked ribs and stuff
@@facemonkeys bruh, that can happen with any regular use of weed. Whether it's once every hour or once every week that you smoke, it's kind of a personalized thing and i know people who've smoked daily for 30+ years who never had an issue. Honestly it's so rare I'd be surprised if cewpins knows of its existence
People who say you can't get addicted to weed are half correct. It's not like nicotine where the chemical is extremely addictive, but psychological addictions exist too.
psychological addiction isn't an addiction. an addiction to weed or MDMA or shrooms isn't a real addiction. a physical dependence to oxy or heroin or meth is a real addiction.
@@based_mediumchungus1788 What about food addiction or gambling addiction? Those aren't chemically addictive but people ruin their lives over that stuff.
As an old stoner I can confirm that "you gotta cough to get off" was a joke played on noobs when they took their first hit and coughed their face off. You weren't supposed to believe it.

@Axton Morgan bro I was doing that too bro it’s the carts they fuck up ur tolerance bro I’m gonna stick to flower cuz the carts make u addicted to them when u smoke then for a while I quit completely got like 20 something days but started again
@@hsrain1293 the solution to that is removing yourself from the possibility of smoking. For example I was struggling with finding for weed, so when I went on a 5 day vacation out of town, I didn't take any weed with me. I had no way to smoke to relieve myself and after like 2-3 days the cravings were entirely gone.
The different high experienced from edibles is because when thc is processed through the liver, it converts into 11 hydroxy thc which is 2-3 times stronger than regular thc, making it super easy to get way higher than expected
@@treebeard8475 if you're having psychedelic experiences when you smoke every day, theres actually a really good chance youre lined up for issues with schizophrenia. I would consider reeling it back a little. Use more as needed rather than out of a lack of other things to enjoy
@@SkottDennis Oh and btw, my heavy MJ consumption was prolly the main culprit for me getting some audiatory hallucinations (even when sober) and doctors mentioning I have a schizophrenic disorder. So yeah, it can cause issues like that it seems (I also have some experience with psychadelics, but the issues began before I started experimenting with psychs, IIRC)
Equally noted is that with certain medical conditions your liver won't process thc at all (raises hand) and edibles really don't work even at high doses...while I can feel some very mild effects at around 1,000mg chocolate bar it is never what others describe to me...I get a better feeling from a good 1/2g bowl usually
The issue with the sativa vs indica debate is that there is damn near no such thing anymore. Every thing is a poly hybrid of a poly hybrid and you'd need 10 hours of research just to establish any sort of lineage. The only people I know with landrace strains are private growers. I have a buddy that grows sativas with genetics that have been kept isolated since the mid 70s. One of his best cuts takes damn near 20 weeks of flowering to finish. Lovely terpines, clear headed and long lasting high. It's a joy to smoke. Even better when vaped. Absolute pain in the ass to grow.
The key to not coughing is primarily your control over breathing, if you feel like you’re about to cough while breathing in then slow down and exhale. Keep doing that until you no longer feel like you’re about to cough
And airway. I find my throat gets a little tighter after a lot of smoking. Slow steady breathing helps and when you exhale try to expand the inner diameter of your airway. Feel it open up like you're taking a deep breath in, but hold that flex of the muscles and slowly exhale. Just experiment and test what breathing techniques work best at what speed etc. Also works wonders if you are the type to cough because you can't exhale and talk at the same time. You'll sound much more strained talking like that, but you won't feel the warm air pressured through your throat and tickling it lol
@@emily-tg8wk how long do you recommend? I usually hold it in for like 3 seconds (after exhaling) and usually I cough less, if I hold it longer I find I get lightheaded and cough more
I will say it, I was and still am at 53 a stoner. I smoked alot of weed in the late 80s and 90s and the weed then, although good, was not better to the weed today. Myth busted.😎
@@newb529 well for one the knowledge on how to grow fire weed has grown greatly as well as the ability to access the information thanks to the internet
If I had to guess, I'd imagine it's to do with the fact that legalization has allowed growers to grow under better conditions, which in turn leads to flowers that are more potent. Just a guess though. I don't work in the industry
@@NeonSonOfXenon you also just have all these different derivatives that have come out that are supposedly stronger than real weed like thc-o and thc-p so that could be why

Thank you for mentioning the addiction thing. I get so sick of (mostly perpetually online) stoners acting as if weed is totally harmless and just "habit forming". Rehabilitation centres are noting an increase in the amount of people being admitted for cannabis addiction. I doubt these facilities are worried over a "habit"
Dude, biologically you can't od off of THC and there are cannabinoid receptors within your brain to process said THC, you can't become physically dependent on it and I garuntee you that no-one will loose their house, wife or gf, abandon their job, and live on the streets just to support themselves smoking weed. It might be enticing mentally. You might be thinking of "synthetic weed" which has nothing to do with the actual plant itself and you can definitely get hooked and is on.
as a former opiate addict….addiction is formed as a learned habit and becomes a coping behavior. 🥴 idk much but my girlfriend is a substance abuse counselor and the logic makes sense since food can become an addiction out of formed habit.
@@deoxycodone I have been smoking like a chimney since 1987, all day every day. I sleep like a rock. I also eat like a horse and the cannabis HELPS the nausea from my kidney stones and IBS. So I'm living proof that isn't always the case.
I can confirm your theory about the first myth. Not coughing does make it so you can get higher, I just proved that by testing it recently. Usually when I smack my bong, I smack it as hard as I can if it's the first smack of the day and I cough at least a couple of times. Yesterday, however, I took tons of medium sized bong rips that didn't cause me to cough and I got way higher because my lungs could handle it. Also, personally I find that layering your rips rather than taking a fat one can take you to new levels of a high experience. Not to mention coughing may cause you to rupture the blood vessels in your anus, and I don't know about you, but I don't really feel like rupturing the blood vessels in my anus.
@@RushhhBTS , For example: Taking one "medium" size rip, breathing a few seconds, taking another, take a few minutes, take another... Etc. It works best if you're not smoking in a group obviously, cause you don't want to be a bong hog taking a rip every few minutes because it "gets you higher."
yes, tbh coughing ruins my sesh thats why i dont use bongs anymore. Its not fun having a completly normal hit then going into a coughing fit, now my lungs feel awful and im angry and have my high ruined.
That’s how I smoke but sometimes there be certain weeds that hit really hard and even with small pulls I sound like I’m dying from straight coughing. But to each it’s own. But yea it’s so much better to smoke how you said the high just be up there lol
Cewpins I’m a huge fan of the content ! As a stoner who is struggling with controlling my marijuana indulgence I can say your content definitely helps me realize that you can get high and still be very productive! Just something I’m struggling with at the moment
“You might feel different kinds of high from smoking the same strain on two different days.” OMG THATS SO TRUE! I will smoke a bowl, be like this stuff is “good” nothing to complain and then the next day I smoke it and I am absolutely STONED realizing it’s actually AMAZING.
I don’t think weed makes people worthless deadbeats, rather i think people who are worthless deadbeats are more likely to smoke. There’s a difference between causation and correlation
Happy you mentioned the addiction part. I was very addicted in the past and had to go to rehab. I'm on it again but usually smoke on the weekends or after work. Then I had to smoke all the time or else I wasn't "happy" The thing is with weed is that it doesn't have any bad withdrawals. You only feel clearer the longer you keep of it. The addiction part is really only in your brain not on your body like other drugs. That is why people say it's non addictive. It's not non addictive you just don't get any withdrawals
@@awsomegamer8277 yes exactly. And that's were people get confused. A lot of people were like "wtf bro you mean weed ain't addictive" when I tried to tell them of the literal hell I went through hahah

This is a video I really needed to hear. The hard truth- I've been smoking for about two years now and never realized some of these myths and didn't realize the harm they can have on me. I'll now be taking smoking way more serious! Thanks for making stoners smarter Cewpins!
The coughing myth always gets me. People think those giant beakers with no percs that choke you out get you higher just because you cough up a storm. Most of the thc is absorbed from the smoke by your lungs the moment it passes over them. There is no need to hold it in or cough, the key is to make sure you get a big deep breath after pulling in your hit to try to cycle as much as the smoke as you can through your lungs, maximizing the distribution of smoke.
bruh you saved my life with ur tolerance fix. I started moderating my self and now I don't take my first rip till about 6 o'clock when before I would wake and bake every day. a zip used to only last me a week or so but now i can make a quarter last over a week.
Always a great video @cewpins. Your without a doubt, my go to source for anything cannabis. Thank you for time and effort to put out the very best honest information. Your knowledge and presentation are spot-on my friend. Thank you for elevating my high.
I have to agree with the first thing on coughing, but there are some people like me who just can't avoid it, the best way I've found to make it 100x easier is to get a dish towel or spare t-shirt, something porous you dont mind getting dirty, if you fold it up it makes coughing into it much more pleasant, and for me I've found I just cough less in general. It's also good if you're smoking with others, coughing into the air or into your hands can feel kinda socially awkward but putting a towel or shirt over your mouth to cough just makes people feel more comfortable and like you're not going to cough all over them and in the air
You could also just cough in your elbow instead or carrying a towel or shirt everywhere you go. Have you tried taking the tiniest little hit? When my stupid friends want to roll a spliff at all costs i just take literal baby hits but i take 10 of them each time it's in my hands so i get the same high
@@masterzero9561I've been smoking for way too long and way too often for smaller hits to get me high. I'm with Cewpins, best way to go is bigger hits. I'm personally not objected to coughing as I've had a long history with smoking (including things not weed related), just wanted to share with others the way I like to cough, however weird that might sound. Carrying a towel/shirt around all day is not really an issue for me, kinda have a sling bag that's on me everywhere I go, plus I don't really like coughing in my elbow without a long shirt on because I've found the fart noise that it makes is annoying as fuck. I can see how that would be a problem for others
@@RedGr33nBlue Personally i find that a lot of small hits get me just as high as a couple of big hits, but everybody is different. However coughing a lot is really bad for your lungs and i suggest you watch a couple of cewpins' videos about how to take big hits with no problems
You should really be careful coughing so often. It’s really bad for your lungs and throat, do you ever have an itch in your throat that won’t go away or feel mucus-y in there? Thats from your throats lining getting all torn up and trying to over protect itself
Yep! Just depends on the individual and their brain chemistry. Some people get addicted to gambling while others can go years between bets. Some people will experience actual symptoms from not going fishing.
I concur with the different highs from different forms of consumption. Same strain dry herb vaped, smoked, and dabbed…each with a different high from the same strain
The coughing thing supposedly comes from a combination of two things from my understanding. The cough thing for one decreases oxygen in the moment which can make you lightheaded and make people perceive themselves as more high. The second one is that after you finish coughing, you reflexively breathe in more, which helps you feel higher after you finish coughing. Just take deep breaths after your hit instead and you'll feel that great feeling!
"You have to cough to get off" means your not filling the Capillaries in your lungs with smoke.Your capillary is trapping the smoke in your lungs, causing you to cough. But in return you do sorta get higher So if you're not coughing you're not hitting it hard enough to fill your Capillaries.
Weed is very addicting. I've tried multiple times to quit. I get irritated, antsy, looking for my next hit. I comb through full ash trays hoping to find a roach. I'm stoned all day everyday. My head is cloudy and heavy every gd day. I hate this. I've started working out and I hope that will help me refocus my addictive tendencies to getting swole. Edit: even when I'm at work and can't smoke for whatever reason I get anxious, all I can think of is my hit. I'm very addicted.
Dude @'d me so hard on this one. I was smoking all day everyday, and then I Googled tolerance breaking, because I couldn't get high anymore. Then I found Cewpins. Thank God.
I appreciate you saying that weed is an addictive. It definitely is. My friend used weed 24/7 and when he quit he was throwing up for days and he turned pale.
That first steriotype about stoners was true for me, and my friends in highschool. Mainly cuz outside of highschool, we had nothing better to do than play video, and watch TV, we just happened to start smoking in-between missions/episodes lol. Getting older, and having responsibilities, I've had to cut back. Like. A lot. I quit for a year, and now I smoke, but nowhere near the level I was before. Because yes, when I was abusing it, it was harmful, but otherwise, it just helps me get thru my day. Like having a beer after work, it's harmless. Just don't be doing it to the point it start negatively affecting ur everyday life.
I saw in a documentary that 3 seconds is the optimal time to hold it in because in that time your lungs absorb the majority of the thc in the hit. Then they said any more than that isn’t necessary and is unhealthy.
lmao the “more than 2 types of high” part was funny to me because no friends or dispensary workers believe me when I say I use sativa to sleep/relax. I still get absolutely couch locked and chill if I want to, but most sativa strains prevent nightmares for me better than any indicas have. And I don’t get the munchies quite as badly! But yeah I literally smoke sativa intentionally to sleep lol
Idk if it was cause it was a disposable (ik it’s black market I should stay away from it) but it was sativa and I got the munchies so bad I literally Ate everything I felt to so bad I went and bought groceries for the family.
Bro, I grew up smokin in the 90's in Miami. There was definitely DANK we were able to get but no doubt we smoked mad mids until we were smart enough to flip it for the gas. Today, the herb, all of our concentrates, and methods are so much more advanced thar you can't even compare it. It's like our athletes. No way old time football players or any sport, even golf!, could even be on the same field as the athletes that play now. Their workouts, diet, ughhem..supplements..lol.. are all a product a modern science. I'm baked. Did that make sense?
I smoke because I have extremely debilitating chronic pain all over all the time (except when I smoke.) I am always self conscious that I'm bothering someone. It usually makes my experience more stressful than it has to be. It would be cool to see a video about how to use weed as discreetly as possible.
completely agree with what you say on addiction but the reason its said you cant get addicted is because you can not get chemically addicted. like caffeine and nicotine change parts of your brain that when you go without cause bad effects which weed does not, besides the obvious headaches and other things but that can be done with anything.
I have asthma and I cough every time I smoke but that's just apart of being this way. Definitely sucks because no matter how big my hit is I cough a little at least but it is what it is
I got asthma too, for me whats helped is 1. using an inhaler before smoking 2. Having water obviously 3. Breathing pattern let the smoke out little by little and breath back in little by little until my lungs feel comfortable 4. Making sure not to breathe in any of the smoke again 5. Take deep breaths between hits make, sure to completely fill your lungs and hold it for a second or two
about the addiction, there's an EXTREME difference between physical and psychological addiction. Physical is caused by specific chemicals such as most opioids and psychological can be, as you said, literally anything. When talking about things that "aren't addicting" we are referring to physical addiction.
i've heard that putting tobacco into your joint will make you higher. To that I have to say that is probably not true. You just feel the nicotine hitting sooner than the weed does, and I think a spliff or blunt is generally only for nicotine addicts. As I've seen only them seriously thinking of putting tobacco in a perfect joint.
Blunts are a little different, I think it’s okay to use them, I don’t daily them or always use them it’s more of a every now and then kinda thing, but I think it’s good to change it up every now and then.
I don't expect anybody to read this, 2 years after this video was new, but I'm autistic, with severe anxiety, and sativas literally give me tremors. My hands shake, my speech is faster, and I'm noticeably more snippy. All anecdotal evidence is equally valid.
i feel like if you go in and say upper or downer rather than sativa or indica(at least at florida dispensaries) you have a better shot at getting presented with what you want, because they’ll give a terpene general associated with relaxation or stimulation, even if it is the opposite type of plant than what you may think.
My uncle and cousins smoke weed, and they are really successful professionals. I've gotten stoned with some people you wouldn't expect. I'm with you on the coughing, it's not great, the good stuff won't make you cough as much, it expands in your lungs but not that harsh.
1 big point, you cannot chemically get addicted to cannabis.. you’re correct in saying you can make it a habitual habit, or it is a habit that’s addictive to do, but chemically your brain will not crave/need it to function, the only thing that can make you “need” it, is bad impulses, which can be destructive in its own nature. Learned that in science class, nah I’m just kidding I am a science class 👍🏾 great video by the way!
You are completely right, people can get addicted to anything,God only knows the reason I'm addicted to like when I get off work at like 2-3 am and I play just dance 3 for hours as soon as I get home
So glad you said you can get addicted to weed. People say u can’t get addicted to it as an excuse to smoke it all day everyday. There’s a difference between liking weed and being an addict
On that note of the people who just smoke all day every day and complain they can't get high because they don't know what normal feels like anymore. I used to be that guy. But then I grew up, got into the trades so now I work a mentally and physically stimulating and exhausting but very fulfilling job all day smoke 1 or 2 puffs of my one hitter before bed because I have sleep issues partially caused by chronic pain so I find it helps a little bit. Kind of a difference of like 30 minutes sleep at a time without and like 2-3 hours of sleep at a time with it. And I only smoke during the day on weekends when I'm not working a side job. I just had my first bong rip in weeks watching this. And I am pretty buzzed. So I can absolutely 100% confirm that all they really have to do is experience normalcy for a while. It took a lot for me to be able to do that but I am so glad I did because it allowed me to improve my life in so many ways.
Lol number 4 hit too close to home. My dad would brag about Mexican dirt weed in the 70s/80s for days and the whole time I’m thinking it has dirt right in its name it couldn’t have been THAT good 😂
@@aaronf1078 that’s just not true, when I smoke a doobie that’s true but bong rips get me stoned instantly. Also 10 seconds without breathing isn’t gonna cause oxygen deprivation you’re just goofy.
You're absolutely correct that a person can get addicted to anything. The difference is that when I had an injury, I went from using almost every day for a year to none for two months. Absolutely no withdrawal whatsoever. Went on to percocet, used that for about a month, and went through weeks of very unpleasant physical and mental withdrawal. That's the big difference.

I think this was touched upon in another video that sativas generally have that very citrusy smell as a result of certain cannabanoids and those cannabanoids affect your high, not that they’re exclusive to sativas but yeah kinda cool

It seems more psychedelic than smoking for me because I smoke every day
@@treebeard8475 if you're having psychedelic experiences when you smoke every day, theres actually a really good chance youre lined up for issues with schizophrenia.

He’s right😵
You'll sound much more strained talking like that, but you won't feel the warm air pressured through your throat and tickling it lol
also holding your breath for a bit after exhaling helps u not cough
it’s better to cough actually because it gets rid of the stuff in your lungs
@@emily-tg8wk how long do you recommend? I usually hold it in for like 3 seconds (after exhaling) and usually I cough less, if I hold it longer I find I get lightheaded and cough more

It's mentally addictive, not very physically so.

What do you mean by layering your hits?
@@RushhhBTS , For example: Taking one "medium" size rip, breathing a few seconds, taking another, take a few minutes, take another... Etc. It works best if you're not smoking in a group obviously, cause you don't want to be a bong hog taking a rip every few minutes because it "gets you higher."

Then I had to smoke all the time or else I wasn't "happy"
The thing is with weed is that it doesn't have any bad withdrawals. You only feel clearer the longer you keep of it. The addiction part is really only in your brain not on your body like other drugs. That is why people say it's non addictive. It's not non addictive you just don't get any withdrawals
The drug itself is not addictive it’s the high that’s addictive. Meaning if you can’t get weed you won’t get any body reaction just a mental reaction

I’ve always felt less of a high the more I cough, always hated coughing because of that

You ever try a vaporizer, homie?
4:11 "holding your breath doesn't make you higher just makes you feel higher" well umm that's the pointtttt
Right😂😂
I learned something today. I always hold the smoke because I thought it got me higher... I think ima stop doing that now 😅
Glad you touched on the addiction part. Anything can be addicting.
Not true.
@aliceborealis it is true. People can be addicted to social media, games, tv, driving, fishing, etc. It just depends on the person.
Yep! Just depends on the individual and their brain chemistry. Some people get addicted to gambling while others can go years between bets. Some people will experience actual symptoms from not going fishing.
Some sativa strains give me anxiety so maybe thats also the case for some people and they just refuse to smoke any to be safe.
When he said, your just depriving your brain of oxygen it killed me😂
I hate Resin lips. I sometimes wipe my lips on my shirt and it leave big streaks. And it smells.
A major myth is that weed makes you lazy yet countless artists use it to aid their creative process
The old 7 second rule, if you don't hold your hit for at least 7 seconds you are wasting the weed 🤣
lol wasting the weed
It can be, just really depends on the person.
In South Africa the saying is "No cough no moff" (being "moffed" = high)
I saw in a documentary that 3 seconds is the optimal time to hold it in because in that time your lungs absorb the majority of the thc in the hit. Then they said any more than that isn’t necessary and is unhealthy.
lmao the “more than 2 types of high” part was funny to me because no friends or dispensary workers believe me when I say I use sativa to sleep/relax.
I still get absolutely couch locked and chill if I want to, but most sativa strains prevent nightmares for me better than any indicas have. And I don’t get the munchies quite as badly!
But yeah I literally smoke sativa intentionally to sleep lol

completely agree with what you say on addiction but the reason its said you cant get addicted is because you can not get chemically addicted. like caffeine and nicotine change parts of your brain that when you go without cause bad effects which weed does not, besides the obvious headaches and other things but that can be done with anything.

Ya know what’s even worse than cracking a rib from coughing? Giving yourself a hernia from coughing. I did that one. Needed literal surgery to fix it.
U got me giggling 😭
How painful is that?
My uncle and cousins smoke weed, and they are really successful professionals. I've gotten stoned with some people you wouldn't expect. I'm with you on the coughing, it's not great, the good stuff won't make you cough as much, it expands in your lungs but not that harsh.
1 big point, you cannot chemically get addicted to cannabis.. you’re correct in saying you can make it a habitual habit, or it is a habit that’s addictive to do, but chemically your brain will not crave/need it to function, the only thing that can make you “need” it, is bad impulses, which can be destructive in its own nature. On that note of the people who just smoke all day every day and complain they can't get high because they don't know what normal feels like anymore. I used to be that guy. This is a really good video that was needed to be made. Weed is definitely addictive, and working on my weed addiction was a way better alternative to tolerance breaks. Honestly the hardest part of the addiction for me is that its the only thing that really helps my paranoia. I try to not smoke till night time, but some days its hard when I have to be in a large groups of people, I have anxiety to the max basically. My mom has schizophrenia so it could be along the lines of that, but antipsychotics are not a help for me in that field, neither is anxiety medicines I don't have any want to do anything on anxiety meds.
I have schizoeffective disorder and I still smoke. I am also addicted to weed as well. The longest I've gone without it was 2 weeks then I went back on my shit. What helps me is the language I talk to myself. I say I want to heal. Healing time. My goal is to do weed once a month like I did when I was younger. Also weed helps with my stress that's why I'm always on it.
@@pinkplight9992 Very understandable. I'm glad there's more people in a similar boat as me that can relate
@@pinkplight9992 self awareness is key. Once you're self aware, you have what you need to work on yourself and better yourself. Can't be too harsh on yourself though
@@Trypt420 Yah, my therapist told me that every time I try to heal for a month, she told me don't beat yourself up and start again. I know I can do it. I know I can reach my goal.
It always makes me laugh when they say it'll make you lazy because me personally been smoking since I was twelve. Have been working a full time 40+ a week job since I was sixteen and I have been skateboarding everyday since I was about eleven or so. I'm always outside trying to walk trials and do stuff. A fact about weed is it makes doing anything usually just alittle better. Foods better, skating is funner, movies are funnier and better/more interesting. 💯💯🤣
I haven’t been smoking that long, I started around 18 and ya been working 40 plus hours weeks, I go hiking and camping too, me and my buddy just did a 16 mile hike while stopping for smoke breaks haha, it’s all about will power
@@outdoorvideoswithbrad you got that right. When things are going good in life and you keep your head up and keep the positive vibes around the herb no matter what it is is insanely healing. Paul stamets with the turkey tail mushroom, non phycoactive but basically cures certain types of cancers. We are connected and if we treat the herb right they will treat us right. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️😊
@@lucaskrantz7191 cool man you know herds too, me and my buddy found reishi awhile back and I found some chicken of the woods last weekend, I know wild medicine plants more then mushrooms, do you know what mullein is? I smoke that or make a tea works good for my Bronchitis or coughing fits in general
@@outdoorvideoswithbrad yea i haven't heard of that, that's interesting. If it helps with coughs thatd be nice. I'ma have to look into that. Have a great day man, can't wait to see more content 🤙🤙
@@lucaskrantz7191 thanks man
6:40 Yea, that's ridiculous. Even the skunk we used to get in the 90's was probably around 15-20%. Maybe it's because I'm older and don't smoke daily anymore but I sometimes prefer the weaker stuff because I enjoy the process of smoking so a lot of the time I'd rather be able to smoke a joint and continue my day than taking 1 or 2 hits and getting blasted. That's why when I pick up I'll grab both the weakest and strongest stuff they have.
genuinely coughing is the only thing that stops me from getting higher, if anyone ever told me they genuinely believed that coughing gets you higher i think i'd laugh in their face because thats insanity
I avoid coughing i change the water every 3 hits, sip a drink every single time after i smoke its become a obsession
"Weed isn't addictive" I've been addicted to tapping my fingers, hell yeah it can be addictive lmao
Coughing is a state of mind.
Lung collapsed from coughing
Fuck broken ribs but not being able to breathe all of a sudden is terrifying
I think the whole "cough to get high" myth came from people getting lightheaded after having a whole ass coughing fit and the lack of oxygen and associating that feeling with the high
Great advice on no wake and bake
