Also spoilers up until the 4th week of last life... but honestly who reads the description before watching a video...
After weeks of grinding whilst watching almost every perspective on last life for 'research purposes' I have finally finished my biggest project yet! I said I would never do a fully coloured animatic again but I was wrong! I actually really enjoyed this one!
Can we just appreciate how amazing Last Life is? Like actually I can't even! Together with Third Life it's some of the best Minecraft content out there this year in my opinion! And that's saying something! Let me know what you think!

I love the way that Joel and Cleo went sick mode on their red-skins, Bdubs just looks like he walked into a wall and then there's Grian, who still looks like an electrical outlet on red.
I love how the colour depending on their number of lives is portrayed through hearts, reminds me of a webtoon called Siren's Lament!

I’ve been replaying this several times now, and I just gotta say, as a relatively new HermitCraft/Last and Third Life fan, this is one of the few animatics where I can actually tell who’s who, and what’s going on and I really appreciate that so thank you! I really admire how clearly you told the story you were telling. It’s hard to do

I've watched this animatic at least 10 times, and I JUST noticed that Cleo's hair started long and then stayed short after it was cut by BigB's sword... such crazy good details in this!!
I am experiencing so many emotions right now. First of all, fantastic song choice, everything lined up so perfectly. Your art is gorgeous, everything felt so real and full of emotion, even the settings, like scott and pearls house, or rens tower, were just gorgeous. I was totally bopping along til scott is holding pearls body in his arms omg 😭 mumbo reaching for grian as he falls. Big b washing his axe in the river 🥲 cleos hair got cut by the axe!!! Bdubs face as he falls was just full of emotion. I’m seriously in awe, so sorry this is probably incoherent but this ruined me

0:00 - 0:11 The season start with everyone getting random number of lives from 2 to 6
0:25 - 0:28 Grian successfully tricks Scar into giving him a life
0:28 - 0:30 Tango start the «bet your life» game and succed to get 4 people into the game
0:30 - 0:35 Cleo and Lizzie form an alliance
0:35 - 0:41 Jimmy/Timmy and Martyn alongside with Grian, Mumbo and Impulse form the southlanders a(-ha)lliance, they quickly start to make towers in the south of the map
0:41 - 0:45 Pearl, Lizzie and Mumbo are the new members
0:45 - 0:50 In revenge for tricking him into giving him a life, Scar steals Grian’s horse and name it «Yellow Snow»
0:50 - 0:56 Etho and Bdubs form an alliance while Bdubs is chosen as the boogeyman
0:56 - 1:05 Bdubs chose Grian as his victim to remove his Boogeyman curse and successfully kills him
----- Session 2 -----
1:05 - 1:25 Many bases have been built since the start
1:25 - 1:28 Rendog desesparatly tries to get an alliance
1:28 - 1:31 Scar and Joel start an alliance and become both wirards and are also both chosen as boogeyman
1:31 - 1:36 Mumbo, who started with 4 lives, dies 2 times (in which lava is one of the cause of death) and is left with only 2 lives
1:36 - 1:38 Bdubs Etho Skizzleman and Tango form the B.E.S.T alliance and tries to make the enchanting table aviable to use for free for all of the server memebers
1:38 - 1:45 Joel dies 3 times while trying to remove his boogeyman curse and become the first red name of the server
----- Session 3 -----
1:45 - 1:50 Pearl is lured by the boogey Lizzie and is killed
1:50 - 1:53 A rumor is spread around about Impluse being the boogeyman
1:53 - 1:55 Yellow Snow is taken hostage by the southlanders and spare it only if Scar give them the enchanting table or cash Grain and Mumbo’s souls cristals he previously sold them, Scar disagree by thinking the southlanders will spare Yellow Snow anyways. Yellow Snow is then killed as a rusult
----- Session 4 -----
1:55 - 2:00 Grian is shot out of the ghast farm him and Mumbo were building turning him red
2:00 - 2:10 Cleo is boogey-killed by BigB, her closest ally. Furious, she leaves her previous alliance to join the Scottage alliance
2:10 - 2:13 Grian is exiled from the Southlands due to him being red
2:13 - 2:16 Bdubs fall from an high place while being in the Nether turning him red
2:16 - 2:21 With Cleo previously dying by a trap set by Joel, there is now 4 red names, all a them start causing mayhem around the server

0:08 the fact that everyone can recognize all these characters even when there's not much colour coordination, shows how much good of an artist you are and you're amazing at detailing no doubt. Keep up the wonderful artwork.

Yess I loved adding the detail of cleo getting short hair to have a visible reminder of the betrayal and show how she cut ties (as her hair was cut) to the fairy fort!

Dude as soon as I heard about the concept of the boogeyman I immediately thought of this song where each week they would be trying to figure out who the boogeyman is before they become their target! And thank you!

This has got to be my favorite last life animatic-it's one of those animatics that gets me pounding on my desk. It's prettily colored, it's got a great beat, it's painful in all the right ways, the imagery is great, I love it!

This was so amazing! The artwork is absolutely stunning. I’ve gone back and rewatched a couple times just so I can pause on the individual frames. There is so much emotion here. The one of Scott comforting Pearl especially gets me.

Alright, A quick review on this animation. First, you have amazing art, and the song choice was great. Second, the facial emotions is realistic, when Grian fell, Mumbo was really flipping out and shouting Grian. Also, with BigB killing Cleo, he had a sad expression on his face, because in his episode, he whispered really quiet "Cleo, I'm sorry." He only killed Cleo because he had no other person to kill. Also, I love all the silhouettes, especially the ones with the factions. I noticed that you made Scar look buff and war-torn in that silhouette, while compared to Joel, Joel was smaller and less buff. What I didn't like was that Scar was not in it much at all, he showed up in one scene, and Scar is my favorite hermit/last lifer. I enjoyed this video very much. Thanks for making this. 🖤
It's insane how much emotion is shown from a minecraft series. Like the characters in last life doesn't feel like an SMP, it's like a TV Series. Mumbo, Scott, Cleo imo have the best characters

You’ve really created the atmosphere here of last life but much more realistic it seems so magical and mystical as well with the boogeyman my favourite parts are the expressions from 1:26 to 1:47
