    I absolutely love your videos. as someone with a problematic pelvic floor and very tight hips who also loves to exercise, you offer the perfect videos! they always feel so good and are super challenging without being painful!

    Loved starting out 2018 with Foga this morning. I just ordered Lady Bits, and can't wait to read it! My first goals for 2018- daily exercise, yoga and meditation; clean eating; reading Lady Bits. Sounds like a perfect January ❤️

    Dr. Bri, Thank you so much For the 10 day challenge! I forgot about this video it is perfect in every way! I am going to try to do this every morning! It really opens up the pelvic floor and core muscles to simultaneously work together! This routine is truly amazing and I love the yoga poses incorporated into it. There are so many good stretch moves in this that really helped to D stress my body! Thank you again for the challenge! :-) :-) I hope you have a beautiful weekend! :-)
