thousands of units ive watched and this is the best design i have ever seen. It is literally a perfect design for a family of 4 with two guests. stunning.
This is nice but renegade needs to come up with new floor plan than Murphy bed. It’s just to tight. It may be the number one seller in other brands but when people get them they realize it’s not a good set up for travel and boondocking along the way.
I am wondering if the bed can be set up without the slide out. This would be important for places for overnight stays, like Walmart, Cracker Barrel, truck stops, etc.
Great RV. One question…why did you choose to not describe the toilet type? I think most people would agree that it is a very important feature for a mobile home.
Would love to see Renegade do something like this on an E450 chassis, its a market ripe for the taking. Not many people need 12,000lb towing or the diesel/def issues. The sprinter based C's are too small and have no CCC and the other E450's are basically low end rental units.
E450s are maxed out right off the lot when you fill them up with fluids and passengers. The suspension /steering needs $2.5 k worth of work to get them to handle safely. I know, i have modded my 24' C as such, just to do the basic camping duties with active sports hobbies.
@@FrankBullitt390 hmm, if you weighed it with three full-ish tanks and your passengers w gear...mention what your scale certificate shows for front and rear axles? Also mention your tire pressures at start and then after 30 miles at highway speed.
Can you use the Murphy bed with the slide in? If you need to store the dinette cushions under the seats, then you don't really have any under seat storage. I understand it's a lot in a small space, unfortunately, very little outside storage. Nice but not for me.
We don’t need a TV especially outside. I hate camping near someone watching a football game outside in the morning when I’m out under the awning having coffee enjoying the outdoors.
Is this a 4-season coach? Does it have double-paned windows? The 4WD would make it a great ski resort vehicle. Can the murphy bed be use with the slide in?
I have a question i have a Ford F350 to do any major engine repair they have to lift the cab off the truck how would be done with a camper going over the cab
A friend of mine has almost the exact unit and I asked the same question.......the whole front cap , bed and structure has to come off at the rv dealer then its towed to the Ford dealer for work to be done then towed back to rv place to be reassembled.....sounds like a nightmare
@cferdinandi every new truck is like this....the motors sit basically under the dash area....fords are the worse ones for this.....there is almost zero access to the motor from the top
I like the overall exterior look, I just wish the interior looked a bit more refined. I dont like the appearance of the Murphy bed when it is in the closed position…it just looks unfinished and cheap.
@@cferdinandi Any major engine work will require the cab to come off. All super duty F-series with the traditional pickup truck style cab/front are the same. Been doing it since 2005.
@@cferdinandi Just checked with Ford Master Mechanic. They actually have to disassemble the entire front end and pull the engine straight out same as with bucket trucks. Very labor intensive. Even more than lifting the cab off. Big $$$$$$
First: color needs to be a beautiful royal blue.. grey? Nope! Not plenty of room in the walk way, bathroom great. Murphy bed, take that out completely, shortens the rig. I like the dinette, over head bed,
Would have been SO much better to put the dinette where the couch is in front of the Murphy bed. I have never understood the inefficiency of layouts in RV's. Finding an efficient layout is like finding a unicorn. People have never spent time in the navy or lived in small homes. Then again, I guess buyers just don't care about poor layouts. As long they can get down the road and have a place to sleep I suppose.
I'm sitting here wondering what happens when that Ford diesel needs repairs. A lot of the time, the cab has to be pulled off to work on the engine. Not possible with the "home" attached to the cab. No way to lift the cab off.
@@grumpy039 talk to a mechanic. That's the only way to get to a lot of the motor. I suppose you could take the front clip off. Then pull the motor. A big labor charge though.
I don’t know why all these videos insist on showing all 27 cabinets that are exactly the same, but they insist on showing you the door opens and closes.
I love it, but there is one point there that I could not handle. The induction cooking appliance is not compatible with pacemaker recipients and owners.

Finally a manufacturer with good taste. Beautiful color and solid paint job vs those ugly, obnoxious twirls and bad graphics. Thank you.
I like that i can watch the refrigerator from the couch !
So you can make sure the light goes off when you shut the door? 😅
There's another TV right in front of couch and bed .......

Very nice job on the video Sir. Stay safe and healthy.
Wow, nice to see Motorhomes from the 1960's - just highlights how far European motorhomes have advanced since then.
Very clean and bright interior.
Nice job AC, excellent review of the unit. I hope you are doing well Sir.
Thanks for watching and yes all is well on my end. Hope the same on your end.
Great review and survey by a good salesman.

Just watched another video by Mark Love at the same dealership of a similar model. He described the toilet as a Dometic porcelain.
Great Color 😁
love the 4x4 option for RV's however its too long behind the rear axle for my taste.
TV is small & should come all the out... Nice rig
I would like to know the size of the bed over the front, the size of the Murphy bed, and the size of the bed when dinette is put down.

Honestly think the F550 is a much better choice. Better seating position, slightly lower cab roof, for not much more money. Gasoline option perhaps...

How exactly is a Ford mechanic going to do major work on the engine when the cab can't be removed from the chassis due to the cabover RV bunk ?
The F-550's have a traditional nose and hood, so that generally shouldn't be necessary. It's not like a flat-nosed truck where the cab flips forward.
