THE OVAH BALL was presented by Madrid Ballroom Scene, CA2M and Mother Spain Silvi ManneQueen to celebrate the 5th Anniversary of Madrid Voguing Ball.
It took place as the closing of the exhibition "Elements of Vogue: A Case Study in Radical Performance) curated by Manuel Segade and Sabel Gavaldon at CA2M Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo (www.ca2m.org) and over the floor installation " Kings of Arms Ballroom" by the artist Rashaad Newsome.

Team paris was being mean, covering the girls at the final battle, they kinda gave an aggressive vibe, and not in a positive way. Meanwhile the girls were pure art, i could see both their personalities, very different from each other but both so unique, their deliveries were inspirational. They should have actually won instead

The major difference between American balls versus this that I've noticed is the absence of shade and tearing down the performers. They seem to have rightfully omitted that needless aspect of ballroom.
