He said that he mixed his tracks at a higher RPM because it lets you fit more tracks on one LP, he intended some tracks to sound good at 33 or 45rpm. He can speed up 5 tracks to fit on a 4 track LP then you play at a lower speed.
N Lynch he said that yes, but it takes the magic away kn my opinion, also lsp arent the standard anymore, maybe back in the day he did that with some tracks but not all of them I guess
Idk for me it's like watching a great movie without sound, might still be beautiful in some aspects but cant be compared to the original intention of the artist, just not complete.
i had never thought to keep the pitch the same with this one, i actually mixed it down at this speed, not tempo, and it always seemed a bit too low.. - but i really like it like this, it inspires me to experiment more with different pitch/tempo combo-modifications. it certainly feels great to hit that 'sweet spot' in a song like this.. the pacemaker plugin for winamp is a wonderful tool for such experimental applications, its worth checking out if you are into this kinda stuff. best wishes. ✰
listening to these tracks at this speed makes RDJ seem human again. instead of just being awestruck, you can actually see his process.
@jonas van Nijnatten - Prove that

Wow these envelopes are so fucking awesome when you can just watch them slowly unfold and overlap over each other
Played the original and this slowed version at an acid party and everyone felt it in their fucking soul. Nothing compares to that moment.
