Facebook push more budget in those ad creatives which are performing well and very less on other ads.
It prevents us ad sets from getting Learning Limited.
Gives variations to test.
As far as choosing the performing ads only, we have to try more than 3 ads and then pick atleast 2 that are giving us most results.
But even if you keep all the ads budget will be distributed according to their performance.

For the budget you've added to personal ad account is not transferrable.
Use it by running ads.
Pixel will show on ad set level.
Page will show on ad level.
This is for Sales objective and Manual Setup campaigns.

It is scheduled means it will be active.
If it was in review then there might be some problem.
Please check the time zone you've selected in your ad account.
My CPM for a product came around 130. I had to close the campaign after 1.1k spend on a limit of 2k due to high CPM.
Are you running one campaign or multiple campaigns.

If you're just starting out you should have at least 25k to 30k minimum budget for testing out multiple products until you find one winner.

Yes... In engagement campaign our goal is only to get some page likes and show Facebook that we are real business because this is any real business would start their marketing.
Then for traffic ads you can create the campaign same as a sales campaign but don't expect to get sales or purchases.
After running these two campaigns for 2 or 3 days now it's time to launch your first sales campaign.
