9:10. The one I got has wheels on the top end. Maybe your carpet prevented them from working.

Have you used it as an under desk treadmill? How do you make it work without the handle bars staying erect?

I haven't tried it under a desk, but it looks like that is an option. I've only used it with the handle up. I never need any help tripping over my own feet. Lol
