Dear Lord that food looks so good I've only fixed oxtail once cause no one really loves them bit me and of course like you I could eat greens everyday got to get use to just doing collards which I do love but I normally mix mine with mustard and turnip and just before they get done I throw in spinach. Love em all. Where's my cornbread. Lol. You did it up today. Not sure about pig eat but my husband would be all over them. More oxtail for me more pops feet for him. All winners. Stay healthy
