    What I like about dr webb is how he does so much things at once. Like going through medical school and the same time having time to do a UA-cam channel. Having done a book . It makes me look lazy lol 😂

    You don’t know how much I needed to hear this I am applying to med school now and I feel so different from other students because both of my parents were drug users. My dad died of aids and my mom finally got clean I had no good role models. Anyway you show that even with the cards stacked against you, you can succeed if you dedicate yourself to overcoming the odds.

    Dr. Webb is a true motivator and inspiration. I quite going to school in 2018 and have been working at a crap job. I told myself I can't be a physician or anything because I suck at school. I decided to go back to school in spring of 2021. It's been a rough transition from military to civilian for me still. Thanks Dr. Webb👍❤️

    you are a true hero and a real model to me.. i have been watching you since my premed and now i am a second year of medical school! i have struggled the same as you and i am from Iraq i have been immigrating between countries because of wars as well in different countries i have been too with my family! in the end when I reached a really good country which everyone is dreaming to be in, i had to take the hard path and follow my dream, taking the dark, vague side of the road and heading up to the goal of becoming a doctor! servant of the humanity! i hope future hide good things to me as happens to you doctor! no matter what happened to me and despite the financial struggles I will do the impossible to do it! KEEP IT UP

    Thank you for the work you did in Liberia for my people. I have been following you for years on IG and didn’t know your full story. I’m inspired by your work and story. I always dreamed of wearing a white coat to take care of patients. Although I am not going to be a MD, but I am excited to be attending Temple University this fall to get my PharmD.

    • @antoniowebbmd
      @antoniowebbmd  3 роки тому

      Hi Kike,
      Thanks for the question and comment! The military helped me become the person who I am today. Being in the military taught me how to be disciplined (which helped me in medical school and even to this day in residency), how to be resilient (which is extremely helpful in surgery), and how to stay focused. Your military experience does help when it comes to applying for jobs and other positions because it looks good on your CV!
