Just in case any of you were confused about the story; I'll explain it. The second to last boss fight of the game kind of led me to the explanation.
So here it is; when the Cragmites destroyed the planet Toranox, the inhabitants otherwise known as the Loki spirits inhabited the creatures of Planet Magnus. But of course being creatures of higher intelligence, they didn't wish to stay in these bodies. But when doctor from prescribe discovered the radiation inside them, best friend Neevo got the idea to build the protomorphic energy extractor. Then the next day doctor Frumpus Croid's companion mr. Dinkles stole the plans. And the reason they're collecting monsters from around the Universe was so they could use the energy extractor to beam themselves into those monsters, and rebuild the planet Toranox. Pardon my misspelling on the evil planets name.

I'll be honest here. I'm kind of hoping the Dr. Nefarious will become a good guy.
But nefarious wont be as hilarious as he is rn as a hero :(

Combat and levels look more fun than the regular titles
he makes a decent anti-hero i guess, but Dr. Nefarious as a hero is simply stupid in my opinion.

Into the Nexus was cool, but it was Way Too Short. All 4 one has different Locations and a Multitude of enemies. I wish this game had a remastered (extended) version in the future and/or some recognition
