- Pricking out and potting on is an important part of growing plants from seeds. It involves transplanting the seedlings to pots or beds so they can grow on in size and strength. In this video I prick out and pot on chillis, chard and kohlrabi. I also show you what we have growing in the greenhouse and cold frame.

My cali wonder took a lot longer than the rest but my aubergine were crap germination 🤬. I’ll sow more and hope they are ok. Have a super week, hope to make the Sunday live, Ali 🌦️🇨🇦

My California wonder bell pepper seeds didn't all germinate at the same time but eventually most of the seeds did I guess it was a little cool to germinate seeds

Hi Jase. I sowed 2 packets of sweet peppers this year, a total of 18 seeds, and I've only had one germinate, so I do question the viability of the seeds. Will tune in on Sunday.

hi Jase hows are the slug traps doing with all this rain I'm getting shit tonnes of the little black ones out of the garden with the yeast mixture they go mad for it trying to get rid of them all before I plant anything out
Same here. Loads of grey field slugs I’m getting. Now it’s warming up a bit there will be even more. Keep topping the pots up 👍
Repotted my Toms seedlings today & may I ask if it’s normal to have flower buds on Courgette plants , as they are not very big at the moment & not ready in my opinion to go in to the ground 🤔
A bit early for flowers. Pinch them out for now so the plant focuses on roots and leaves.
