Great video. I found a place off of Collins Rd between Blanding and Oakleaf and I think it’s a great area, especially for me being a pedestrian at the moment (insurance is almost twice in FL for me than NC). The Oakleaf town center is within walking distance then if I get to Blanding Blvd I can catch a bus to the OP mall or anywhere the routes go.
There's a new toll expressway, FL 23, aka First Coast Expressway currently being built through most of Orange Park, Middleburg, Penney Farm's, and Green Cove Springs, crossing the St Johns river connecting I 95 near St Augustine in St Johns county. That road is going to cause a lot of residential development along that route. You will see more South Florida and northeners moving to that area. Like you said, people who want a small classroom for their kids. As always, thanks for another great and informative video.
It is NOT a suburb of Jacksonville!! omg...you repeated it so many times and its WRONG! Its in Clay County and a city of its own. Riverside is a suburb of Jacksonville. Orange Park is a CITY in CLAY County!
