Hey, I kinda need help with this. I have no clue what pin code I had but I contacted roblox and wrote quite almost same as you did. I know I did all the steps right since i've been contacting roblox before too.
However, roblox sent me an email withing a few hours saying that they "aren't able to reset or disable parents pin codes upon any user request."
Yeah, I got hacked half a year ago and the hacker made my account birth year change to 8 years younger than I actually am, and I can't change it so there's "parental" things but I'm taking care of them too.
What should I do in this situation?

Bro thank you SO much, you don’t understand how happy I am that this worked. I set a random roblox account PIN in 2020 because I got hacked so I didn’t want It to happen again but I couldn’t do basic essentials such as changing my password,username,privacy settings etc so ever since the only thing I wanted to do was remove this PIN. I did this and roblox responded 2 hours later disabling my account PIN. Fairplay to you and roblox man thank you.

It doesn’t work for me. I keep getting emails saying to verify my email address. But every time I do it just restarts the whole process. Cause when I fill out the support form it sends me an email with my ticket number. Then I get a second one asking to verify my email. When I do I get sent the first email again. Please tell me how to fix this. I really need to get rid of this pin.
