This is what happened I accededetly changed my age and I need a pin after I do the pin it says and a 6 digit code and a message has been sent but it didn’t send me any message

Sometimes Roblox will send you a gmail that says that they will change your password instead of your pin so you have to reply to Roblox and say, no this wasn’t helpful and I want my pin changed instead of my password changed and after like 2 hours they should change your pin for you

They should have access to the history of the emails linked to your account, if you tell them that your email has been removed and your account is compromised, they should revert your email settings back. I hope this will help :)

Gmail sends a message that your email account has been changed in Roblox even if the pin is put. Just say no it's not me who changed it and from there U can revert the Gmail that's how I got my account back

Hi I have the same problem of a hacker putting a pin to my account and removed my email I already contacted roblox but they said I don't have proof that I own the account because the email was removed?
They should have access to the history of the emails linked to your account, if you tell them that your email has been removed and your account is compromised, they should revert your email settings back.

Gmail sends a message that your email account has been changed in Roblox even if the pin is put. Just say no it's not me who changed it and from there U can revert the Gmail that's how I got my account back
