I also hope he knows how he has brought us bass guys out of the basement after decades of being banished down there by them cloud surfing voices😁 here s to all Oompapa mow mows out there keepin the foundations in music strong as ever
Saw you in Prague, still can't believe it. Having been to Pentatonix concert as well (I never thought I would say this) you are so much better!!!! All sooo talented yet so friendly and close to the audience! Thank you, I hope you'll be back soon ;)
PTX is a very talented group, but I also started preferring HF almost as soon as I discovered them. It's just that everything these guys do speaks to me, I love all of their individual voices, their personalities and humour.
Man! I love Prague. I would have loved to have seen them there, but they had already passed through before our most recent trip. Give them all the love, Prague.
The best part of them is that they're never serious and they can get away with it. Like, who else could take the piss out of one of their bands members on stage, laugh, mess up the song, and make it even more enjoyable than if they hadn't?
This was so much fun to watch. I love the fact that you can see how much you guys love what you do. I was at the show in Stockholm and the main thing that I took with me from that show was that you could feel the love in your performance. The love for the music, the love for the audience and the love that you have for eachother. It gave your music a whole new level for me. So a big THANK YOU for that and I hope you continue to have a great time in Europe.
I love this idea! This first episode was just awesome! Except for the amazing talent y'all have and the stunning songs and music videos you produce the reason that you have so many dedicated fans is your loving personalities and that you're so down to earth and downright funny! This is a great way to show the world just that and for us hardcore fans to get to know you guys and what you do even better! I would love to see more of this, you betcha, haha! But please only do it if you feel that it doesn't take up to much of your private time! /Best regards Jimmy
I love the behind-the-scene videos. I especially love the way you guys can make fun of each other and keep it lighthearted. You guys are one of the most talented A-Capella groups I have ever heard, (and I'm in my 60s, so that is a real compliment.
Holy cow! Austins note at 5:07!?!?! Can you men be any more talented? I am so blessed to have found your music a few years ago and see where your amazing talents have taken you!
What an awesome idea. It gives everyone the chance to see how hard you work, how much like a family you are, and the fun you have. Thank you for sharing your talents with your fans and for being so down to earth and accessible to us.
How about someone to rescue homeless cats and alert you to a rainbow behind you when you perform outside? Sorry to the talented people above me … I don't have any of your skills and I was desperate :*))
+stellareclipse Hey! I think we're on to something here. Besides cat rescue and rainbow notification, we can provide advance notice of the rare event of an eclipse and therapy sessions. Life on the road away from family is tough. I'm sure we can think of other vital services between the two of us. Oh, and we'll work for merch and one song request per concert. How does this sound to you? :*))
Guys, this was great! Loved it. Please do more of this type of video. Funny, amazing, thrilling and so cool!! Home Free, you now, and will forever, Rock my world!!
I love this video 😀 I hope you keep it up and I hope you've been filming on you Europe trip 😊 Proud Patron is ready to support you if you keep making these too 😊❤️
This is amazing I'm gonna one day come see y'all live and see if I can't meet y'all in person. Y'all have made a big impact on my life and I want to say thank you all so much
Home Free is totally spectacular! They have the perfect mesh of voices, they share a part of themselves every time they perform and they've added humor to their performances. They are perfect all the way around!!
Love you guys! You have helped me through depression. I almost committed suicide, but then I remembered that I was going to see you guys in Michigan for the first time. That's what stopped me
Stay in there now! If you feel down again, don't hesitate to get help! And of course keep listening to Home Free and see them when ever you can! They have a wonderful ability to put a smile on your face, if you are feeling down or not! Take care!
@Kyra Ditto - Years ago I had a friend tell me he was ready to take his life and he cried out to God asking "Why should I NOT do it?" He explained to me that this phrase popped into his head "Why are you trying to hurt me?" He was so shocked by this yet was so confused he just sat still for a while. After a few minutes that phrase "entered my mind again." He prayed "I don't understand. I am the one that wants to end my life. What are you asking?" He said a different phrase popped up. "If you don't like a piece of art do you hurt the artist?" He replied "Of course not! That would be wrong!" The next phrase was "I created you. If you destroy my creation you are hurting me." His life was changed in that moment. He realized that what he felt about himself was wrong! He was looking at himself wrong! He began to look at himself through the eyes of his family and what he would have taken away from them if he had gone through with it. He began to evaluate things in his life and started to see how these decisions affected others. He described it as a renewal of his life and he changed how he related to others. It was months later before his family asked why he had changed so much. When he told them what he had gone through they were shocked. They had no idea he felt this way, but were so happy he had that moment. I'm glad you had that moment! Inspiration can come from ANYWHERE! Since he told me that story (almost 20 years ago!) I have made it a goal for my life to be outwardly grateful! From simple things like thanking the cashier at the grocery to trying to give thoughtful gifts. Home Free is a breath of fresh air! They are a true example of hard work WITH fun can change people's lives. Thanks Home Free! Kyra, keep counting your blessings!
My granddaughter and I came and saw you in Midland Texas, loved every minute of it, and after the show we had things to get signed, she was standing in front of Austin saying she couldn't breathe, Austin said just air, in then out, and dropped his pen at the same time, it was to much fun for her, love you boys to pieces lol
I've been hoping for forever for a Home Free documentary!!!! Thank you guys!!!! It was cool seeing Wayne from the Oak Ridge Boys, too! He's so nice! I was really excited to have a conversation with him in Home Free's comment section one night! I love seeing the success of all these truly genuine, nice, talented men!!!!
Exactly what I'd been looking for from you guys... since ummm, guess the studio recordings and ORBs -- this was great!!! The "Professional Personal" side --- behind the scenes view/look; shows the never-ending/no-breaks side of music! You guys have a passion --- and we are all very thankful for it too; it really shows and comes out in your music - unbelievably!!!! What you guys do --- is "heard" and "felt" which is rare these days... Each of you are so good --- and together.... phenomenally exceptional. The best in music in a long long time (maybe ever, lol) - any genre! Not sure how radio hasn't picked up on Home Free --- but my gosh how people are missing out. Have made it to 1 of your shows (in WV), and will make it more!!! My daughter, 11yrs - loves you guys (loves = lack of a better word)... we'll be seein' ya!!! Thanks again!
I LOVE the behind the scenes footage!!!This is so amazing!!! I cracked up when everyone fell down except Tim because he fell earlier introducing the opening act! That’s what makes you all stand out from the rest! You have a fun time while on stage! I am a huge fan and always will be! Keep up the outstanding work guys!!! Love you all so much!
What a great way to wake up to in the morning , today is going to be a happy one. Thank you guys . Isabel 💕🧑🏻🎨and companion dog 🐕🦺 Galen who I am sure thinks I am losing it as I start dancing around the house when listening to you all.
Yes, enjoyed! :D The chemistry between you guys, the friendship, it all brings you together and that's awesome. I wish I could see your shows, but I live in Japan :/
2:00 Can you imagine how difficult is sing like that, live ? Guys, you really have something! I wish all the best for you all. You're always in my prayers♡ Thank you for the joy your music, your talent, bring to my ears and my life. I hope someday to see *HOME FREE THE GREAT BAND* In Brazil, my country. Love this idea. But there’ s one thing that could be done better. Please think about if it wouldn’t be possible to show untertitles. It would help your non-native speaking fans to understand much better what you and the persons around you say. Especially when there are sounds in the behind.
I like the Home Away From Home concept and really like the 1st episode. Hope to see more and often. I'd let someone besides Austin drive the golf cart in the future, seeing the front wheel come up off the ground on his turns and I'd be willing to donate to fund to repair Tim's shoes soles to prevent future injury on slick stages. (Loved the group fall!)
I totally love this kind of stuff :) I sure hope you do more. Been enjoying it since you put it on Patreon. Love it, love it :) I really love the part about Tim's fall and the joke you played LOL. That is why I love you, you keep me laughing and smiling. :)
Can't wait to get the chance to see y'all again, live! Don't know if I can get lucky enough to have a cousin who doesn't want her prize tickets again ;) , but I will definitely do my best when you are in the Portland/ Seattle/Tacoma region again
I absolutely loved this video. My husband passed away this past April and he was a die-hard Country guy until about 5 years ago when he started getting dementia ( not wanting sympathy, just stating facts...) and he basically lost touch with all but what was familiar with him. His favorite two groups were the Gaithers and the Oakridge Boys. Jerry would have been an instant fan of yours as well, not just because of this wonderful video you created with the Oakridge Boys, but because you have the rare Beautiful gift as a team, and as individuals to be humble enough to know God's hand is upon you always. (Jerry always said he was a "distant, distant, distant, distant, distant, untied-shoe-string relative" of Mr. Golden's. Yeah, part wishful-thinking and the other part, great sense of humor.) Jerry also would have gotten a big kick out of the humility and fun you all have together and your fabulous harmony with each other. Music meant a lot to Jerry; I know he's jammin' to you all from above. (I know, because I'M jammin' right here!👍❤️😊) Blessings to you all. Ann Golden ☺️🐈❤️ P.S. May I throw in a small tid-bit from a Green-haired-tatooed-cigarette-smoking-cussing-sinful-never-thought-I'd-live-to-be-GrannyAnnie? ( Like you have a choice now....I see those eyes rolling back in your head, young whipper-snapper!) You all have so much on your plate at this season of your life right now. Just remember and realize that nothing is and never will be perfect. That is the beautiful spice of life. Learn to roll with the flow, but don't go out with the tide. We were ALL born with a crack. My fav quote is, ( and I don't know the author...) "... don't judge my story by the chapter you walked in on.". Some folks just aren't happy unless they bitch about something or someone (else).... in that case, time to get rid of the toxins. Ok, enough moldy-oldy sage lady mumbo-jumbo. 🤔😌🤐
I enjoyed your comments & story so much! You express yourself so well - your comment was long, but it ended too soon. From one old woman to another, thank you.
I have to say that you all have given me a new appreciation for country music. :o) Don't know why I stopped listening in the first place. You guys are amazing!! Keep on singin'!!
Just saw you guys in VIenna the other night - absolutely amazing! That was so much fun, and you could really feel just how hyped everyone in the room was.
Loved this video so we Home Fries can see what goes on backstage, and what you guys are up to.. You don't know how many nights, I have stayed up all night just watching video after video of yours.. My kids laugh at me for being such a fan-girl.. LOL.
I'm seriously liking the "Episode 1" on the title of this. More please! Some day I want to see them in concert. Until then, I live vicariously through videos like this.
How do you get FIVE PHENOMENALLY TALENTED, GOOD HEART & MIND KIND OF FOLK .... all in one very amazing GROUP* ..... WITH ARRANGEMENTS, VIDEO, AUDIO, VISUAL & STAGING PEOPLE ..... CHOREOGRAPHY & LOGISTICS all great at their jobs as well ???????? Just blows my mind they all make it happen with such quality & respect for the Music and those artists they honor ( and surpass, sorry, they do !) in making it impressive !!! God bless and keep it coming ! jj
Love, love, love this! I can hardly wait to see another Episode, and then many more after that. Thank you!!! Oh, and cribbage has always been a family staple for us, too. In fact, I think have an identical cribbage board (one of many different ones). :-) Plus, like Adam, you'd probably find me playing several other games online, also. Recently our family was sitting around playing a board game with the kids, and all six of us adults playing, were also playing Words with Friends on Messenger...with each other...too funny. :-)
I hope Tim knows: He may have grown up wanting to be Richard Sterban... but this bass is growing up wanting to be Tim Foust.
I also hope he knows how he has brought us bass guys out of the basement after decades of being banished down there by them cloud surfing voices😁 here s to all Oompapa mow mows out there keepin the foundations in music strong as ever

When I win the lottery, I'm going to do nothing but follow Home Free concerts....

I love how humble these guys are and how they are in awe of the other singers they get to sing with. Meanwhile, I'm TOTALLY in awe of them!!

The best part of them is that they're never serious and they can get away with it. Like, who else could take the piss out of one of their bands members on stage, laugh, mess up the song, and make it even more enjoyable than if they hadn't?

True entertainers in every aspect. Can’t wait for the next episode.
I love when y'all sing a capella with the artist(s) who recorded the original version! Squeee!
a capella? Isn't that Latin for "naked"? It's fine to sing a capella in the shower, but ...
I'm impressed that they managed to fall and roll and keep on singing
Well that was a lovely surprise! I wasn't expecting to get another video from you guys for a couple weeks yet! Thanks for making my day!!!
Ha ha Rob talking to William Lee Golden about his beard and saying his wife wouldn't let him grow it that long. "Then you got a choice to make."

Please come to Vacaville, CA! Please?! Or honestly anywhere between San Francisco at Sacramento?
I lived in Vacaville for many years! Just a hop over the fence from Vacation High. So thought I'd say Hi Home Fry!
This was fantastic! Love you all :-)
8:26 Is Adam Rupp playing COC too?
My favorite part is around 4:44. Austin just singing out. Austin=Amazing
Não entendi um A, mas assisti até o fim ❤️ 🇧🇷 obrigada por compartilhar conosco
Funds won't let me come over the pond to see this amazing band. Thank goodness for UA-cam. Fantabulous!!!!
Your the greatest
I have one of them shirts from the New York show. It was awesome to finally see you guys in concert!

Ah c'mon guys. You go to Denver and think Ruby Hill is a mountain?? Look west and you know why that's Ruby HILL. It just goes up from there.
