    Thank you for this video! I'm one of the nervous newbies. I bought a beginner kit a few weeks ago and have been staring at it for a while. I finally decided to make a dryer ball which involved layer after layer and took forever. I wish I had seen this first! I can't wait to move on to one of those adorable animals.

    Hi! I’m a newbie well I started a month ago. It’s the one thing that I can do with all my chronic conditions doesn’t induce more pain. I stopped here getting frustrated trying to make the sheep’s head!! This awesome!!

    I’m really doing quite well with your tutorials. My first sheep was only ok but my second sheep was cute. I wonder if I could do that hare?

      You could totally do the hare if you’ve done the sheep. Once you have done one project you will be amazed how quickly you improve. Go for it! 🙌

      The best way to protect your mat is to put a protective topper (wool or fabric) on top before you use it. This will make it last 10 times longer. To remove fibres, use a rubber dog brush or soft brush. 😊

    I love the pillow u felt on. Did u make it? I have a felting kit but I hate the foam thing it came with. I want the pillow that u have, but don’t know what its called or where to get one. Can you help me with this? Thx!

      Hi. It’s a hessian felting mat that you just fill with rice. You can make your own or I will be re-stocking the shop soon 🙂

    If the picture of the three sheep with cactus in the background is yours. Your pic is being used on an insert of a felting kit. There is a link to a website but the site does not have a tutorial for your sheep. Just thought I would let you know.

      I use dried rice but dried lentils, beans etc will do just fine.

      For the body it's Jacob and the hat is Shetland. Both similar and felt quickly with few needle marks :)
