I still remember watching Bobby as a grom surfing the NSSA contest I was a few divisions older than him and thought dam this kid rips Im glad im not in his division. I am still inspired by his surfing when i see him out in the water.
Back when he was on the tour it was frustrating for me because everyone knew he was capable of better results and because he is a passionate human his anger was easy too see him and julian wilson have a lot in common some guys are just not built for the tour
