There are two people who took on the mantle of Wonder Girl, Donna Troy and Cassie Sandsmark. Cassie, in the comics, was the daughter of a woman who worked in a museum who accidentally brought a stone statue to life while she was cleaning it but thanks to her courage, she was able to defeat the statue by luring it into the sea. She later had asked Zeus to give her superpowers so she would become a superheroine like her hero, Wonder Woman and joined The Teen Titans and Young Justice!
