Description:
If you were born in the 90s, you probably remember toys and gadgets like Game Boy, Beanie Babies, Easy Bake Ovens, the Mouse Trap Board Game, Poo-Chi, Baby Born, Polly Pocket, and more. These toys provided us with hours of entertainment, but we have a feeling kids today would never want to receive them! Wait until you see some of your most beloved 90s toys you probably forgot about!
Let’s start with Beanie Babies. Once worth a fortune, Beanie Babies were one of the best collectibles ever that turned its creator into a millionaire. But the soft toys definitely weren’t as popular after the 90s and you could easily purchase them in any dollar store. The novelty wore off and these collectibles soon became forgotten.
Do you remember Baby Born? This human-like baby came with some of the most impressive functions ever that allowed a child to turn into a parent and have some responsibility. You were able to feed your Baby Born and take care of him like it’s an actual person. Of course, that also meant the doll would wet its diaper. With newer technology, Baby Born was also left behind.
And who can forget about Game Boy, one of the best portable gaming devices every 90s kid fondly remembers? We also remember blowing on the tape to make it work and using a special light so we can play in the dark. Game Boys got replaced by technologically advanced toys, but it’s definitely a gadget every ‘90s kid would love to play with again.

No kidding. The 90’s were the shiz. My favorite was going to good concerts and not seeing a single cell phone in the crowd. Because it wasn’t an option unless you were effing loaded, and even then, it was a zack Morris phone. Born in 86 and just really wish they never would have made this damn iPhone and social media crap.. Kids in the 90’s played their tails off outside and we didn’t sit around with a phone in our hand when we weren’t in school. Because IT AINT AFTER 9 OR A WEEKEND, so that phone call ain’t free!

@@jefferyrogers4003 I grew up in the nineties and most of the time I never went outside I would sit in my room playing Sega or SNES or just watching TV (I was kind of anti-social.). I would have liked to go see some 90's bands in concert like Nirvana or Pantera. Can't see them anymore unfortunately.

...but you know what was really fun to do? Playing games where the Polly Pocket AND Mighty Max universes are combined. Why yes, the Mummy from the Egyptian Snake would love to slide on one of Polly's slides!

Fashion plates, easy bake ovens and hungry hungry hippos came out before the 90's, I'm a child of the 80's and my sister and I shared these things in the 80's. We also fight over these things in the 80's, she still owns our original hippos game and all of our children use to play with it as they grew up.

I was born in 2003, not that far off from the 90's so half the stuff in here I grew up with. I still have my hungry hungry hippos and mouse trap games in my basement. Polly Pockets weren't as common but I saw a few here and there but Beanie babies were soooo popular. The Gameboy by far is the most nostalgic in this video because those were what i grew up playing video games on. I still have two original GB's and eight games that i still use today.
Kids would 100% still play with these. Kids are just happy to have toys to play with. It doesn’t matter if it’s got “smart technology.”

Aw, the memories! Those old Polly Pockets were just awesome. The surprise what might be inside, the tiny little details, amazing. I still have part of my collection today. And let's be honest, many Gameboy games are still fun today.

I think most of these toys would still be liked by [younger] kids. Expecially Polly Pocket because they sell little things like that.
Technology can be a good thing but it's sad that it pushed away a lot of love for toys.
It's feels like you almost can't be a child anymore in this era, everyone needs to grow up to quick again.
