Santa Cruz Mountains atmospheric river makes landfall 1/4/2023

Video shows heavy showers with a flash from an electrical transformer after a tree came down in the area. The heavy rain was filmed in the town of Felton on Hwy 9. Video also shows damages at Glen Arbor Rd / Hwy 9 after a tree came down knocking powerlines down. Hwy 9 is currently shut down as PG&E crews assess damages.
