The nausea might be linked to post-covid symptoms. I got through that time with lots of citrus water (helps with the nausea) and lots of peptobismol and Gaviscon :( wishing you luck!

Hey Sarah! I wonder if cutting back on sugar and dairy intake might help with your stomach and anxiousness? Or finding your food triggers. I found mine out with everlywell and cutting back on my food sensitivities has really helped with my stomach issues! 💕 Food sensitivities are also often linked to skin problems, immunity issues, and mood so it could help with that too!
