Hi Christian, thank you for making Citi your bank of choice. We provide the option of opening an account online. You can also call a personal banker at the numbers listed below:
800-321-2484 press option 1
or (800) 992-9833 for TDD/TYY
In order to open a Citibank North America account, you must be 18 years or older and have the following:
• A U.S. address & Social Security Number/Tax ID
If you are unable to provide the items listed above you will need to apply at a Citibank Financial Center located in the U.S. in person. No exceptions can be made. To locate the closest Financial Center please visit citi.us/2GCEmMk. If you visit a branch please be sure to bring:
• A driver's license or state ID
• A second form of ID - a U.S. passport, military ID or major bank/credit card.
• A recent utility bill or credit card/bank statement
Citibank also has a specialized department that can assist foreign residents with applying for a Citibank account. The International Personal Banking (IPB) Unit can be reached at (813) 604-3299; they are available 24x7. ^Fred

How do I force the app to be in Spanish, since the Android phone is already in Spanish but the app does not want to change into Spanish. information on how to do it is outdated the app is completely different please make a simple video on how to change to the desired language something easy my mom can follow she only understand Spanish
