Great video! Do you get the option to choose a video from both card slots or only one?
Either slot or attached external drive but as I say at the end of the video it defaults to card slot 1. So if you want a video from slot 2 you need to eject card 1. Same for external drive. No cards can be inserted. Hope this helps.
Hello, Thank you so much for your incredible video. which one would you recommend for online teaching Blackmagic Design HyperDeck Shuttle HD , HyperDeck Studio HD Plus or the HyperDeck Studio HD Mini
I prefer Studio HD Plus but I don’t know your exact needs.
@@CreateConsumeRepeat will be using it for online class. During training will be playing animated lowerthird, stingers. Planing also to play animated graphic in backgroung during one on one interview and also on picture on picture. Will occasionally do video replay
As always, the best content around! Question: How do you stop this "ep48" video and reset it using companion for it to be ready to start again at the same button when you press it again? This doubt always messed me up :/
If I’m not mistaken the Play Clip w Filename always start at the beginning of the clip. If not insert the action Go to (start | end of) clip before the Play action

Hi Fernando, please check out following. 1. Make sure the correct video format (in my case 1080p59.94) is active (by REC from INPUT); 2. define a key “Play Test Clip” with relative delays of 10 ms for the actions - hyperdeck: select (slot) 1: SD1 (this is where my test video is) - hyperdeck: file format H.264 Medium (for my test file) - hyperdeck: goto clip (name) “Test H.264 59.94.mov” - hyperdeck: goto (start | end clip) Start - hyperdeck: Play 100% single clip. I briefly tested it (hit the key and while clip is playing, hit it again; hit the key, hit stop, select another clip, play it, hit the key again)

Will this work with the Shuttle HD?
You can play video but you can’t do transparency since the Shuttle doesn’t support key and fill.
@@CreateConsumeRepeat OK, but you can do all of that with OBS? Or is a Hyperdeck needed?
You can play videos using OBS so I really wouldn’t get a shuttle HD. If all you wanna do is play videos. Now if you want to do overlays and lower thirds then you’re definitely gonna have to get a Hyperdeck studio HD because it allows you to do a key and fill.

We will have a Mac mini and Elgato Stream Deck XL dedicated to the setup, maybe I should have mentioned that to start.
