Through all my breakups my exes came back and I would always make them explain to me why. 9/10 it's because they got dumped by the new guy or was used, one even got cheated on and ghosted. My most recent breakup made me think to myself I couldn't take an ex back no matter what. Never have. Never will. But an interesting point stuck out to me. And that's if any man or woman (for the women that do watch this channel)decides to take their ex back. U have to get to the bottom of what made them come back. Because if they left u and got used or cheated on or mistreated in any way shape or form u should not take them back. Not every ex that left me got karma. And the reason is because not every ex that left me treated me like trash. But u have to make your ex earn you back number one. And number two I believe it's most imperative to find out why they came back. Because they are not outright just gonna tell u that they were mistreated by the person/people they left u for but it's a common reason why exes come back.

Sometimes people break up with people not because they don't love them but because they don't love you , I broke up with my boyfriend a few days ago who I love with all my heart because he doesn't love me or doesn't love me as much as I love him , yes he's ignoring me and it's not crushing my ego , it's just confirmation that I did the right thing and that he doesn't love me, I'm not contacting him because I know he couldn't care less about me or the fact that I broke up with him , the dumper can sometimes be the dumpee like in my case, sometimes people dump cuz they have no choice

Opus and Coach T, i may or may not have had a small cake boy incident this morning when I was leaving from work. I was driving all half asleep and when I was fidgeting with the volume knob on the stereo system in the Tundra my hand slipped and pressed the speed dial contact for my ex! Realizing what I had done in complete horror I ended that call faster than Tarquavian can fire “you up?” messages in a woman’s DMs. Really hope I didn’t f#ck sh!t up. Made it 6 months no contact how does that even happen.

She broke up with me and i went NC, deleted her number. a bit later she messages me late on a saturday night and 2 days later i replied with a profile pic of me with a new girl and message telling her not to contact me again, she then had a rage at me and replied instantly at 7.30am. I stayed NC and several weeks later she again sends me a big long message at near midnight. I never replied. Life is far to short for wasting your time worrying over one female/male. Been 2 weeks now since she messaged.

I find this very interesting, my ex cheated on me and left me, we have to children together so I see her twice a month for our exchange. I've been working out , keep a clean cut updated my wardrobe and don't text her unless it's to confirm something regarding the kids , and even then I keep it very short. The other day I messaged her asking her out , she flat out said no so I left it at that . Almost three weeks later she asked me what's going on why I asked her out , that she doesn't think it's a good idea and that we can be friends if I need someone to talk to like she is with her other ex. I politely said I'm not him and I'm good . She took offense to that and was very rattled that I I'd just want to keep our interactions strictly about the kids . I get the vibes she doesn't like I more a less said I'm good I don't need your pitty .
I don't see "no contact" as ignoring, because i would reply if they contacted me and were moving back towards me.
I feel like when people continue to ignore someone, they only come back because it creates anxiety and that can backfire real quick. I'm big on respect and if someone is purposely ignoring me, then you will never hear from me again.

Take care of yourself, start doing what you enjoy, work with a therapist if you are unable to cope with it yourself, find time for physical activity and regenerate - good sleep and good food. Don't do anything for her, do everything for yourself. Turn anger, the desire to revenge or impress it, to make your life better without it and to make you stronger.
The real strength is to be above what the other person did to you, because believe me, the longer you think about it and come back to it without moving slowly forward, the longer you doom yourself to someone still hurting you, not being in yours anymore. a life that will only be better without someone like that. Hang on, be strong, smile and hope for a new beautiful life in your hearts!

I chased for 2 weeks. She sent me an angry email listing everything I did that pissed her off. I gave her a proper apology but she still decided to be rude. She followed me on Spotify so I could see all the angry playlists. So I made a couple playlists with pictures of the women I'm seeing. She's so pissed. Absolute mental boom. Added like 20 songs to the playlists about me last night.

There's no enlisting flying monkeys to treat me like dirt to manipulate me into doing something for her. It's the healthiest relationship I've ever had. She's feeding me love off a silver spoon while my ex made me lick it off knives. My ex had a 7 month affair behind my back. I didn't mention that I my initial comment because I didn't want pity. That was only one of the many people she cheated on me with. My ex gets to watch me and my new girlfriend have a healthy relationship. It eats her alive and I feel good knowing that.

This whole getting fit thing and sprucing yourself up has never made me want to go back to an ex. I'm glad they are getting healthy, but I hope it's for them.
