- I figure after a couple videos in the last day at GWU you might want to go for a ride around the city, so we head over to the White House before a swing to the Lincoln Memorial on a beautiful day in Washington. Basically, avoiding all the noise and just taking in the sun kind of day...

@@robwahl6288 Jan 6, 2021 started peaceful until those embedded tried to push others to go past barricades, along with the Capitol police who through gas canisters into the crowd. Videos show that to be true. Most people do not know that two men in the crowd were killed from explosion of the canisters. Not police. Most of the people there had no intention of going into the building, but on one side the doors were opened by security and people walked in. Many recorded phone videos and building camera show what really happened, but very few have seen the actual complete videos. Now there are those who do not want to know the truth or deny the truth. Shame on them. Do not know where you com up with feces being smeared around. That had to be a different plac, different time. Not even those trying to get the crowd in trouble did that. The Hamas protests in front of the White House created more property damage to the fence and statues in the park than J6er's did on Capital grounds I can see how you would have confused the two.

With the cost of college education and the expectations of getting federal help to pay for that education , students spend study time or possible work time to "protest" something they know little of with little research, most likely hearsay. Most are not from that are of the world, but from this country. I have been tracking from both Israel & Gaza, so I do have a clue. Just don't understand these actions when it creates irritation to the rest of us. Maybe that is the actual purpose.
Just because someone is young, it does not mean they are uneducated on such topics. And one of the rights afforded to all Americans is to protest
@@robwahl6288 I know of many people without college education who are educated on such topics. The first Amendment guarantees our right to peaceful protest not to destroy property.

@@aardque I based that hearsay comment on interviews I have seen of various protesters of college age at college protests. I have also see interviews of protester elsewhere, non-college. I notice they say pretty much the same thing as if they were repeating what the person with the megaphone shouted out. Those who were interviewed did not or could not answer the question presented to them, just repeated a mantra, hearsay. Not an individual thought. That takes investigation, getting information of both sides not just of one side. So if getting information & history of both sides of a subject puts me in a position to have a clue then may I always be "out of touch". Do not have to be an "academic" to be "in touch". Being into academia I would think that studying for finals would be the first concern of a student wanting to get their degrees. I would also think those students with jobs would be more concerned about getting ahead start to pay off those loans. I chose to work instead of college. I also chose Jesus having read and continue to read God's Word. This helps me view what's going on in this world.

I would like to believe that a college student is more interested in getting, passing the classes they need to finish with the degree they want to obtain. Yes I hate the fact that this president wants to use taxpayers money to pay off student loans when others who graduated have paid off their loans while others do not have children in college or are not college graduates themselves. I dislike terrorist supporters. Just how many of the protestors actually were born in Gaza? Why did they come to America if being under Hamas rule was great? I believe in 1964 the Israelis left the Gaza strip by request, yet Palestinians were not told to leave Israel. Israel has not had a problem with Arabs, Egyptians and any other countrymen living there in Israel. Do you think those students know that? Would they know that Gaza was prospering and growing with Israel's help before they were asked to leave? Did you know that? Why does Egypt refuse to be a refuge country for those in Gaza? Did you know, like in other third world countries where we sent help,be it money or actual food, medical care, clothes, whatever, Hamas took it all to use for themselves? That happened in Iran, maybe you remember hearing of it when our soldiers took control of the taliban's palaces. All that gold. I suspect most of these protesters are not Palestinians. Would not be much of a sho otherwise. Just how does this all help the people of GaZa? Did the protestors cause shelter to be built for those families? Did those families get feed by the protestors? Did the protestors give them the medical help they needed? For sure they have been getting that kind of help despite some of the problems. And I would be willing to bet that we all would be surprised of the helpers. So therefore I again say those I saw on interviews mimicked the ideology of the chants just as was seen and heard just like those with antfi's summer of destruction. That is NOT individual thinking like it or not. How dare I...The students will have to answer to their parents NOT me, on how they spent the time and money at college. I just made an observation thinking how it would have been for me with my parents or me with my children. How they conduct their lives is on them just as how you conduct your life is on you and same for me. Closer to home, when it comes to facts and truth those who do not like to hear or see facts and truth always, now days, call out hateful speech. Nothing I stated had anything to do with bigotry!!! The people in my life...all my life prove that I am NOT a bigot or hateful. I have called people to tsk on that subject. Perhaps you should NOT have a mirror nearby when you are typing to others.
