Property market is not the real test of growth of a country its the GDP and GDP per capita. The entire property market is in a boom because of global crisis and issues elsewhere but this will for sure not last long. There are hardly any jobs there! Every job has over 1000 applicants at least as per linkedin. and it doesn't matter if your on ground or not, you will not get a call. Reference matters there at least it does guarantee an interview at least.
I got Golden visa in May 2021 in the category Software Engineer, at that time salary was not constraint.. no salary was considered at that time. Luckily I got the Golden visa at that time, but now its very difficult to get with the new rule with 30K basic. So as per your comment we must have 55K salary then only can get Golden visa, that's completely true as per latest news by authority.

i have been stagnant with the same job for past 9 years now in UAE .. i have been trying to shift but it has been difficult .. i also work in a telecom company same as you .. but i am in the IT/IPTV sector.. i have tried to move about .. also i tried to switch from computer networks to systems and then to cloud and then to security .. and have certifications done as well . but by not having relevant jobs i tend to lose the skills that i learnt from those certifications. would appreciate an advice on it . currently i am pursuing RHSA and RHCE and would later try to pursue CISSP .. i had CCNA CCNP CCIP MCSA MCITP and Azure certifications but all of them have expired as i didn't get the relevant job portfolios..
Just having western Citizenship or Exp may not always will give you higher pay in UAE? it depends upon if the employer is looking for recruitment from that country , specially for middle management UAE business can employ equally competent person from India or may be Pkistan , also to move from West to UAE ( assuming you have PR in west) depends upon your wife/ husband situation also

I have lived in UAE for 2 years now working in netherlands.Its very suffocating in UAE ,you dont have freedom of speech.Although life is enchanting there but still we comes under law of Arab slavery. I work 35 hours a week ,50 paid vacations per year plus facilities and security for my kids.I wouldnot recommend UAE even for 50k aed salary.Only weather here is enough to rule out dubai.Canada UK is no more a welfare states so leave it behind.Either choose USA/Aus or some Eu countries from nordic region
