@@forevergogeta4731 for this house alone if he sold it already he would get 5-6 percent of what it’s worth so that means he would get 105k from making this sell.. if he sells even 4 homes a year that worth 1-2 million he’d have 420k+
@@forevergogeta4731 yes 4-6 percent normally unless you just buy the houses yourself and sell them then you get 100% commission, and if your partnering with someone who wants to sell their house sometimes they give you 6-10 percent if you sell it fast.. 6-10 percent on a 300k dollar house is 30k
