I miss this food i use to eat it with my family long time ago I miss the taste but the prices of the corned beef getting more expensive than the old prices.. thank you for making this video i feel so nostalgic
never seen corned beef in a round tin before, is this american? and that second egg had some right nasty bits in it lol now i mention it i think american eggs are all sprayed white so prob no from USA
Look you can cook how you like, but as a chef I would give this an F. The garlic would have been over done, the onion undergone, and the egg cooked to death twice over. Plus the cutting was her sub par. As chef's we cut food into even sizes to ensure uniform cooking. We also encourage proportionate serving. I would never have cooked a dish the was 40% onion and 40% meat and 15% eggs. This really could be kicked up about 140%. Hope you don't mind a little constructive criticism
As a Jamaican, I normally cook it with cabbage, never thought to add egg before, ma be worth a try. Thanks for sharing...

I'm not a chef, but I would never fry the garlic first either, always the onion first & add the garlic later.
Pls identify your ingredients with quantity, for newbies. Thx.
Did you even watch the video? It could not be easier!!
