👏 lI ove what you said at the end, people should not apply just for money’s sake , unfortunately there are quite few in NHS that are like that... and are autocratic, further stressing people out.😢 Also , you can be a fabulous nurse but have no leadership skills and that’s ok. It’s good to tap at the edge of the comfort zone and continuously improve your knowledge and skills but stay true to who you are. Best of luck
